The more reason you need to continue posting the truth to enlighten them.
The main reason I post on these threads is solely to counter Ibo lies and propaganda. I do this at my expense so that the LIES do not become the TRUTH.
We know how the Nigerian government works and we know how the government censors the media.

Books from the eastern side or western side that told the truth, once the government saw it doesn’t make them look good, they either ban it or regulate it.

This is a fact, but as long as the sun shines everyday the truth will always be exposed.

It's unfortunate that the younger generation of today in the SS are totally oblivious to Ibo artrocities and ambitions that they will foolishly align with the same crowd that were promoting Biafra and suddenly Obi

The only thing this one knows is to talk about his failed country day in, day out, and fight any notion of seperation

Creating different threads, digging up ancient history that should tell him that he has no business being with Igbos in the same country

Talking about Zik and Ironsi that have both been dead over 40 years while his country has only gone from bad to worse to unbearable. But his problem is Zik. I don't know if these people know how laughable they sound?

Nigeria is a failed country with no long term prospects, and is heading for no other road except disintegration

We Igbos will get our own seperate country, and the rest of you can continue with your Nigeria that has never worked since 1960

Foolishness is when you ommit the fact that the SS people in the then eastern region had already began a process to leave the eastern region with their oil in tow.

Enugu decided to stage a coup to prevent this from happening and that's why they targeted all the regional leaders that had given their blessing to support the carving out of COR region from the Eastern region.

The timing of the coup betrays the ambitions of the Jan 15 coupists because it was carried out just in time to prevent the federal House from reconvening after a long Christmas break. The first item on the docket before Parliament was the motion to grant a plebescite for the minority peoples of the old eastern region to have their own region. The proposed region was were all the oil wealth was located.

So the greed of having SS oil is what led to your grandfather's foolishness.

Even Baron Rothschild sent one of his henchmen in late 1965 to negotiate on how to carry out the coup . One of the notorious London crime bosses (Kray Twins) visited Enugu at this time.

Foolishness is when u fail to say, as at the time ojukwu and the east seceded, ojukwu was military governor of the east, whether minorities were asking for their own region, the present situation as at then was ojukwu was military governor of the east and that’s a fact. So because he is military governor of the east, and his people are being massacred with nothing being done, he shouldn’t negotiate with other eastern minorities about their stake in the east or their stand but instead he should let his people which were not just Igbos but other eastern minorities, continue to get massacred, cause he doesn’t want it to seem like he wants their oil, do u know how foolish this sounds?
Ojukwu was after oil yet ojukwu was more interested in protecting his people than oil, yet people that were not after oil were more interested in protecting oil assets in the east than the people of both the minorities and Igbos.

World look at the mentality of people u guys are listening to all these while. That told you igbos want ur oil. 30years later didn’t it become clear on who really wanted Niger delta oil, it took 30years for there to be a realisation and a massive revolt against the Nigerian government by the SS.

If not for the fact that Nigeria as a whole learnt from what happened to Biafra, I bet u the Niger delta crisis of the early 2000’s would have been a battle for secession.

I put this to all of you who say igbos wanted Niger delta oil, to prove me wrong, if I see any single iota of lie in anything you say, I see the rest as lies?

From the Willink report. It's obvious why COR movement wouldn't have succeeded without a military fiat.

1. Eastern region was run on equity, justice and fairness. All minorities were given sense of belonging.
They could complain of Igbo domination, but there was no truth to it. Every single Eastern region appointment and projects, always reflected 1/3 population representation of the minorities.
They were never cheated.

2. NCNC had many minority heavy weights who were part and parcel of Zik inner cycle. They knew the party was never tribal. Mbu, Akpan, Imoke, Akpabio. They knew the truth and were always going to keep the East united.

3. In as much as the minorities were scared of Igbo domination, they were scared of Each other too.
The Ikwerre, Etches, Ogba, Abua, in Rivers province were weary of Ijaw domination if they joined Ijaws to form Rivers. They were lukewarm to the agitation.
Likewise the minorities in Ogoja (Northern Cross River) were scared of Efik/Ibibio domination.
It cancelled out their fear of Igbo domination and stagnated the COR movement.

Here is the thread on COR creation, to dispel all the lies about Igbos being scared because of oil, read and enlighten yourselves. Truth will always remain truth.

Can you provide a link that supports your bolded statement? Because to my knowledge the lackadaisical attitude of the Gowon regime after the civil war gave the vanquished Ibo the opportunity to revise and twist history and put on so many false narratives on the history of Nigeria.

They thought the Hausa/Fulani were mumu. That was the thought of the ibos of that era. They would often mock them for not being able to speak English and see those ones as peasants that could be trampled upon. They forgot that many other tribes in the current Nigeria with the exception of the ibos themselves forged empires that extended beyond Nigeria's border. Empires are forged by blood and warring tribes. Well, they learnt that lesson quickly.

I also want to use this opportunity to dispel this lie that has been spread for generations, that igbos killed and tortured south south people.

The fact here is that there were killings and atrocities from both parties.

When the war started there were recruits from all over the eastern region, most of them descended on easterners in the east who were pro Nigeria, whether igbo or non igbo, this is a fact. I can even prove this.

But when Nigerians took over regions, what they did was root out easterners who were pro Biafra and descend on them too, history only remembers the victor’s and it’s certain that in every war, winning the battle is not the price, but winning the war is.

The government of Nigeria who won the war made sure it put things in place to weed out Biafran supporters and the remnants in minority regions out, by the time the war was over they had all either disappeared or had to live a lie to save their lives.

Anybody who says I lie, that Biafrans were the only people that committed atrocities on south south people, should come and tell us y Philip effiongs people who supported Biafra totally disappeared from the map.

If u look at history it would seem as if apart from Philip effiong, no other south south person supported Biafra.

The name Biafra was given by an Ijaw man, what happened to him and his family and his supporters too?

Truth will always be exposed.

Nigeria has been a monumental disaster and a total waste of time. The best thing for this present generation to do is urge the Nigerian state to hold a referendum to determine who wants to carry on with Nigeria, and who wants to opt out

We have over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria, they can decide their fate via referendum

The alternative is to keep fighting and destroying each other inside the failed state of Nigeria
I support your second option; let’s keep maiming the terrorists among us so that we can free our beloved country from brainwashed terrorists. Alternatively, you could ask your reps at upper and lower houses to make a case for referendum and if the government refuse, then they should all resign from their positions. I think it’s all better that way.

After the civil war ended, majority of the Biafran soldiers were arrested, tortured and interrogated about absolutely everything, to enable they get every information, collaborators, spies, mole, everything. That was how they got the information on how victor banjo and Emmanuel ifeajuna was executed by ojukwu.

If there was information about the execution of the man who gave the name Biafra, it would hv been exposed too. That information would hv been very helpful to make the south south people despise us much, to show them that a man who allied himself with Biafra wand even helped give it its name was executed by ojukwu, as still executed.

But here they are as usual it’s igbo people fault, all the time time.
