This development will make LGA to channel their loyalty to FG and can be used to even fight state government like Fubara.

What we want is independence.
We don't share common values with the core North as the already have their Sharia system under Nigeria.
Unitary system must go,

The easiest way for any governor to perform is to empower the local government chairmen and monitor them closely to avoid looting.
