I don't support keeping the dead for this long. Though I heard that there's dispute in the family.

The Muslim burial you referred to is more of Saudi Arabia culture.

It's their culture to bury their dead immediately bcoz of their harsh climate. You can't afford to leave a dead person for 24 hours over there. Our climate is different from theirs. We have a better climate.

Put down a dead person in Nigeria and another in Saudi and leave them for 24 hours. It's only then you would know that it's bcoz of their hostile climate.

Therefore, burying the dead immediately is one of the Arab cultures that was imported into religion.

So, burying the dead same hour he passed or days / weeks / months later doesn't determine where he's going to spend eternity. He's dead and he's dead, whatever you do with the body is not the business of the dead but determined by the culture of the dead.

Dikko was corrupt but not Wayas. Not everyone in NPN was corrupt. Alex Ekueme was not. That rhetoric of corruption was an excuse for military takeover. And then what happened after that? From IBB to Abacha.
