The DA getting home affairs ministry is a dicey bet. It can swing either ways. Let's hope it ultimately reduce wait times though.
It's long overdue.
Let a fresh and energetic mind come on board.
Home affairs has been a dead house for many years.
You need to visit their offices to hear different complaints.

Good move on the changes for me tho!
Congratulations to the Ministry, and SA.

Those of you selling rands on this platform, i don't have a problem with you guys at all. However, my advise is for intending rand buyers. All of you should be guided and confirm the identity of your rand seller.
Also make sure when you are transacting , you do not pay into an Opay, Moniepoint, Palmpay and these other irregular banks.

Pay into GTB, ACCESSS, FCMB. Banks that you can trace anyone on.

I hope this information helps!

Goodluck

Thank you.
Funny thing, when the mail came and I opened the website.
Your words flashed
“If it doesn’t come with the eye, it’s most likely a rejection and voila, I saw the eye”
And opened it, Grant Notice.

What do you mean by one and only email?
Do you mean when you submitted applications, you did get email to upload documents?
Or you mean you sent a reminder email after application to request status of evisa?
Please clarify
Thank you
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Zoey1: 9:21am On Jul 06
You read me right.
The one email I got was this outcome.
I took my time to dot every “i” and cross every “t”
So there was no in between request or mail.
I never sent any mail to them, neither did they send to me.
The only one I got was “the outcome “.

@hunee @queenyetun
Please , which airline is affordable right now.
The price of TAAG airline is rock bottom cheap but the reviews are horrible.
Or is there anyone who has used before and find it reliable?
Just trying to do my search ahead though.
Thanks.

if you are ready for a layover of almost a day going and nearly a day lay over coming back. take note you will be confined in a small space at their airport unless they have started using the new airport.

Was that your experience?
When was this?
Because the website simply mentioned 6 hours?
Asides this was the flight smooth?
Thank you.

The airline is good. For a 6 hour layover, I'd advise you get Angola transit visa, so you can step out of the airport for a few hours.

1. They don't ask for BTA at port of entry. In case they do show them your bank debit card. SA is a cashless society and Nigerian bank cards works.

3. I booked my ticket through wakanow in 2016 I don't know if they are still reliable. I had no issue

4. Hotel reservation and purpose of visit is what they are concerned about. You can book through booking.com or have someone in SA physically book for you.

Have your reservation printed out and it must be the exact number of days you intend to stay. Ready to answer questions relating to your purpose of visit just in case.

Yes they did . They say she may within 10 days make written representation to the SA consulate general Lagos via the vfs

I am surprised. The person who I know applied and was denied, they didn't state it on her note that she can re apply.

But if that channel is open, apply for a redress asap.
