How many times do you hear of a "staged assassination" from a sniper rifle targeted at nearly 200 yards? Do you know what is involved in a sniper shot in terms of calculating wind speed, wind direction, shooting angle, direction of target to be acquired, temperature, humidity, weight of the projectile, intervening obstacles, etc?

What is the probability of having to factor in all these and pick out just the ear lobe vs a facial/head shot in a so-called staged assassination?
