french teacher in my school is earning 40k but recently when he demanded for an increase in wage, he was expelled.
Life hard these days and my 45k monthly salary hardly takes me to survive till December
my 44 Year old married friend is teaching all subjects in primary 4 and 5.
He has an unemployed wife at home and a daughter who just started school and his salary is 25k.
I wonder how he manages as I'm earning 45k same teaching and I'm single but it hardly lasts me a month.

Last year three of us were employed in a private school earning 25k a month, which I hardly managed. Considering the increase of price of goods and services, last week we decided to write a letter demanding for pay review.

As a result of this, the school administrator terminate our appointment and refuse to pay us our June salary uptill now. Can you imagine the wickedness happening in this world even in this hard times which I hardly eat twice a day but this happened to me, I don't know where to go now in fact this life tire me I swear.

Please i need advice on how to handle this issue with the school. Is it a crime to ask employer for pay rise? Can we take him to court for breach of contract?
