You don’t need to pray for it. It’s done, I bear the mark of christ

For 10 hours, it's enough to explore the country you are laying over at. Lol... it's just not my preference...any layover of more than 2hrs is too much, LOL

I was in good company, that made it interesting

Depending on the route you take, you could get to DC in 2hrs and a few minutes from Virginia. Or did you mean West Virginia? Maryland and West Virginia are also near DC. I always prefer getting to DC via Baltimore cos flight is way cheaper than when you enter via Washington Dulles. DC and historic buildings, nice place wink

Yea you’re right. I live in Virgina beach southeast VA . We drove from Norfolk VA to Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in DC it’s like 3hr and 15mins

If Lincoln Memorial is not too far from you, you can check it out.
I still feel like most parts in US is designed along with Roman ideas and structures

You are kind of right. JFK is usually the cheapest tho.

I doubt JFK is the cheapest. I’ve traversed USA to Nigeria multiple times and if I don’t fly Delta direct from Atlanta to Nigeria, and want just the cheapest flight, IAD is the cheapest I’ve seen for years.

Maybe things have changed in recent times shar.

There was one that time called Cabo Verde airline, their flight seems cheapest then from IAD when they started but it’s a nonsense plane. I think they are Cape Verde airline.
Re: My Trip To Washington DC from Lagos by AdisaMighty: 1:59pm On Jul 19
Cabo verde air stopped flying to Lagos since COVID.
I did Lagos to JFK through Kenya last November and the whole round trip was less than $900, I booked 2 months ahead tho.

As of the day I booked this current trip, JFK was averagely $300-400 cheaper than IAD

Another cheap one is EWR (Newark, very close NYC)

cool, I guess things don change. Make sense.

That Cabo Verde na nonsense airline, so e good as they decommission it.

Yes I know Newark, I flew to that airport multiple times when I go Bridgewater for New Jersey. Lot of Nigerians doing taxis and rides around the airport vicinity too.

The last I was in Washington, I felt like relocating with my family. Such a serene state, very organised.

If not that you are on a business trip...I would have recommended you to my happy place...Las Vegas. Though far from Washington.
Enjoy and what sort of business takes you to the US almost every quarter? Lucky!
