Nwanne, hapu okwu Alex Otti. Nwoke wugodi ezigbo onye apari. I'll tell you for free, he runs the most corrupt govt in Nigeria. I know because I'm in Abian and the data published by govt says so. He sacked his commissioner of science and tech because he asked for his own share of money claimed for non existent projects in his ministry and he was asked to resign. Go through Abia state government website and look at their expenditure, look at every other expenses apart from road and ask anyone in Abia if such thing is existing, but you'll see how much was claimed for it.
Let me ask you, have you seen any other project done by him is not roads?
Even the roads are the most expensive in the country even though Abia is not a marsh area like South South.
The only thing he has done asides from road is buying official vehicles for touts. He didn't get any for civil servants or any other sector of the citizenry. He's the only governor in Nigeria not paying wage award and only agreed to pay 15k only for 3 months because Abia NLC threatened strike.
This is same man who paid pensioners 9 months he owed them and asked them to forget their previously owed pensions.

Use any other person to drive home your point not Alex Otti. He's not anything a good example.

You won't believe it but it's true, his bank Signature bank is used for govt transactions in Abia. That bank was also used to disburse the 1B cash support from FG. That's how petty he is.
