I want to know if anyone recently evaluated his/her law degree by IQAS, I want to know the required documents and how long? I saw $260 on their website as the fee for the evaluation process.

Woah...thanks for replying. Im already in, my CRS is 466. But i thought one has to have a job offer to qualify for the Agric based draw. Thank you

No no no. U dont have to have a job offer. Its just like health and french too. Job offer is not needed. Its good as u r in because they may likely do agric draw next

Good day everyone,
Please I’ve done my medicals but before it gets uploadedto Ircc the timeframe for carrying out the test would have elapsed.
So do I go ahead and remove the blank sheet I uploaded on my profile and replace with the emedical sheet the hospital gave?
Thank you.

Good afternoon everyone

Please which medium can I use to pay for my Wes fee?

Pay4Me app is your best bet.
They offer cross border transactions like WES payment, tuition fees payment amongst others etc.
You should check them out.

There are several factors that could make your profile ineligible. First, if you select Quebec, you definitely will get ineligible profile. Check that you get 67/100 in the eligibility assessment. Check the "hours of work"... read page one of this thread to understand better

Thanks, sorted! It’s the work hours.

Please I hope the initial profiles that I created and I got ineligible won’t be an hindrance?

Check all the stem scores in the previous draws nau. Then you will be able to determine if you stand a chance.

To the seniors in the house, I have Post ITA questions

For someone who did a Bsc conversion program that is counted as full-time alongside working full-time, what can be done to defend this clause?

I would really appreciate a response

Thanks

Hello,

My wife wrote the CIIN exam in 2021 and just had it evaluated by WES. The report shows it as an "undergraduate certificate (one year)." From my research, this can't be combined with a B.Sc. to claim points for "two or more degrees." Do you know if anyone has used it to claim points along with a B.Sc.?

hmmmmm. I'm interested to see people's input about this. for that "two or more degree" people on one platform i am on do say, so far those two certs/deg/diplomas have an ECA that shows that they are an equivalent of a canadian secondary sch or post secondary school and one of those certs/deg/diplomas is =/> 3years, which in this case is your bsc, I "feel" you are good to go. but let more people give insights.

back in those days i was seeing people in 2018/2019 saying you can claim "two or more degrees" with WAEC and bsc. lol i dont know how true though, their stance was that WES evaluates WAEC as a canadian secondary sch certificate, and you can support with your bsc which is a degree of three or more years to claim the "two or more degree"

Wes summery report only listed Bsc, I’m confused if I can claim two or more degree.

Historically, the highest Agric Category draw was 437, previous draws were lower (386 & 354). So at 466 you should be fine IMO.
All the best

Why dont you try and call them tomorrow. Cus it will be painful if u cant claim “two or more” when even wes is saying the ciin is equivalent to a canadian undergrad cert.

I’ve reached out via email and am waiting for a response.

If anyone has used the CIIN certification to gain more points, please share your experience. Thanks!

Good day everyone

I also have the ciin certificate (foundation level) which I obtained in 2021.

I was planning on evaluating it along side my bsc certificate, does anyone know if it’s still acceptable for two or more certificates?

I’ve reached out to WES for more clarification on the report. Will update the thread when I get a response but with the look of things, I’m so pained.

honestly you guys need to call them, cus i just checked my wes profile now, i have ond, bsc and msc, i noticed it was only my msc they evaluated in the summary. so i think its only ur highest qualification that will be in the summary which is not meant to be so.

My wife has a post-graduate certificate in Canada, and her B.Sc. is from Nigeria. Someone mentioned that this is enough to claim points for "two or more degrees" on the PR application. I need confirmation on this.

If your application was processed and got refused, you can’t get application fee back.
It’s only RPRF you get back, & I don’t think you paid that.

Hi @NiceTheDev, I'm also in the tech space though I'm not a dev.

Ontario does tech draws and one of the roles/occupations they target is software developers which I believe is what you're doing.

You can qualify for that depending on their cut-off, you could also sit for French exams coz na those one's dey hot now.

I got Ontario nomination for their tech draw and I've gotten PR but I'm currently trying to add my spouse.

Cheers.
