Hello please how do I verify this information is this rate on the embassy website

This is the information that was pasted in front of the embassy and the rate for July.
The rate for June was 1610.

I am sure the rate for August will be higher.

I paid for some transaction in Austria embassy with that rate.

Please I need some clarification on this. Let’s say my full name is Ciroma Chukwuma Adekunle, where Ciroma is my surname, Chukwuma is my first name and Adekunle is my Middle name. And this name has appeared this way on all my certs. But on my degree, transcript, eligibility letter and letter of English Proficiency the name arrangement now changed to Chukwuma Adekunle Ciroma. What is the best decision to take in this scenario?
Should I submit the documents like that to the embassy for verification? Will it scale through the process?
or Should I swear and authenticate affidavits to cover the name arrangement on the listed documents?

Did the name arrangement change because that is how the school write it or the name belongs to two different people.
Some institutions arrange names like.
Surname, First Name Middle Name

While some other Institutions arrange the name as
First Name Middle Name Surname

If the mistake is not from you and it is just based on the arrangement due to the institution. You don't need to do any affidavit. The people doing the Verification will understand.

But if the mistake is from you or the certificate belongs to two different people then there will be problem.

The arrangement from my school is actually First name Middle name Surname.
Now, the guys at the MOE used same name arrangement as that of my school to write my Eligibility Letter and Letter of English Proficiency. Can this also be a problem during the verification process

I had a similar issue when I wanted to do my verification, they didn't ask me for an affidavit although I did just in case, when submitting my documents I just called the person attention to it, he checked the affidavit and didn't see MOFA stamp/signature, he gave me a correction form to come 2 days later and submit the affidavit with MOFA stamp/signature.

Do an affidavit that states your NAME and the names that appear on your documents that are not the same, claiming those names are the same as your NAME, then get MOFA stamp/signature on the affidavit; if you don't do this, they will likely call you back within the verification process, you know what that means.

The first thing to do is to get you documents authenticated at MOE and MOFA, FOR your documents to be authenticated there re some process you have to follow as well after then, you can start looking for appointment but it will definitely take time to get an appointment after securing appointment then you can submit your documents for verification after verification then it will be legalization, you can send a Pm then I will explain further

In your own case, did you do only one affidavit that covered all the documents with a different name arrangement or did you do an affidavit for each of the document?
Like in my own case, my first name appeared first on four of my documents. So, can one affidavit cover all four documents or do I need to swear an affidavit per document.
Re: General Austria Study/visa( Process And Requirements) by tomiwa97: 11:49pm On Jul 19
Do ONE affidavit, state your NAME which is your original name, state the names on documents that are not tallying with your original name, and claim those names and your original name are the same(person), no need of one affidavit per document. Get MOFA stamp/signature on the affidavit.

Has anyone used a watermarked transcript for the verification process before? Mine was watermarked with "Federal Ministry of Education". Hope this won't be a problem?

Thank you very much for your detailed explanation. Please can I connect with you on WhatsApp?

I will answer question according to the number you asked
1. All the documents for authentication at MOE and MOFA should be original, I mean every documents

2. On the issue of appointment, the next appointment date on there portal is by December that's from there portal

3. You can use the two since the embassy do physical verification but is most advisable to use the registry own as long as original

4. Her birth certificate and marriage certificate will suffice for legalization

5. Traveling with you wife immediately might reduce the chances of them granting the visa because there's something called family ties and home ties which you have to prove but she can definitely join you after 3-6months

I hope have answered your questions[/quote]

You book appointment for legalization on this website.

https://appointment.bmeia.gv.at/

Don't fall for scammers telling you to bring money for them to help you.
Book an available date and keep checking, you might see a more favourable date if some people cancel their appointment.

Toh, when you come, you will see for yourself. I have visited 3 European countries since I came to Austria, and I have barely stayed for up to 5months. Secondly, it is very possible that your friend may have graduated, and have gotten a job in the IT sector. In my university, there is a Yoruba man who is a lecturer, and he teaches a science-based course. I have also met an Igbo man who is a Doctor at a Hospital in Vienna. However, the guy is very fluent in German. He almost speaks it like a native. I also know that some full-time IT jobs don't require someone to know how to speak German. However, I can assure you that it is almost impossible for a student coming from a third-world country like Nigeria to get a student job in the IT sector. Your friend too might be giving you bobo just so that you don't look at him with one kind eye.

If you want life to be easy for you, learn the German language. If you can learn it to B1 level, Super! Otherwise, try and learn it to A2 level, and come with enough funds to last you for up to 4 months. E get why I talk am. If you don't have money, don't expect to land in Austria and get a job immediately, except if you're lucky to get a black job. These people and nobody cares about you here. Don't expect life to be rosy for you in your first 3months.

What about settling down after study. How easy is it?

My input is that anyone going to any country should prepare for rent for at least 4 to 5 months and also sustainability during this period. From UK experience

Everyone wish is just to migrate to other countries like usa and Canada, Australia but it's not everyone that has the fund to those places, the migration law is now getting tighten day by day

Austria is just for study not to stay there after studies

After studies some one can migrate to USA and Canada

I still prefer to do table job in Austria than doing 50k job in Nigeria

It depends on your goal, if I have money to stay in Nigeria to run e-commerce, I will stay any time but there is no money to run it and I will still prefer going to austria where I can exchange the money and continue my e-commerce business

If I can earn 500 euro as saving to run my e-commerce store in Nigeria, I'm okay with better than 50k job in Nigeria

Bag of rice is now 77k, bag of spaghetti is now #20k

It depends on your skills because you can't do 9-5 jobs through out your life

You have to have a business... To run business in Nigeria is hard

50k can't run a business in Nigeria

Lack of capital is what is doing me, china importation is now very expensive due to dollar

If I'm in Austria it possible for me run it successful with table hand job

What he wrote there I understand it. If u haven't travel before u discard it.

There are some countries u visit then u regret throwing ur money to the wind.

How much do you make a month in Austria

Even usa people are still complaining of jobs

My sister over there are doing table jobs and they making better of there live over there than been in Nigeria earning 15k has salary

Sir how much do you earn in Austria

My goal is just 500 euro and exchange it in naira and continue my business

Lack of capital is why I want to migrate

grin 500 euros? When u pay tax and monthly rent, food n gas how much go remain to exchange

You are just exhibiting a typical Nigerian unprepared lazy mind mentality.
If Austria is terrible, why are you still in the country?
Even with a newspaper distribution that pays you 500 euro per month can comfortably feed and house you in Austria until you get a better job.
You don't want to learn German but you want to do business in Austria?
I am in Austria just for few months and I can say if you make your plans well as well as develop yourself, the world won't even be your limit. Moving out of Nigeria to Austria has Alot of huge advantage....you easily can get good work in the whole world with good skill, no IP address geo- fencing...
Austria has very good social security once you are legit here.
Parents are paid cuz of children, 14th month salary, subsidized transport system for legit residents, hidden incentives. I never even get work because I dey focused on certain career development type of jobs.
Unless you are not friendly type.
And why post your WhatsApp number? What kind of desperation is that?

This is july.
Please what is ur view about Austria? I mean job aspect?

God bless you bro. I have not left Nigeria and i already replied him with most of what you just told him. I am learning German already and making great progress. Also doing an IT course sideways. I don't understand why somene will be very lazy like him. He got some persons here to discourage on his private whatsapp chat, but i got one back via email. He has gone ahead to poison people's mind ..

I have never seen an enemy of progress like him before. Full of negetivities. He even said German language is difficult to learn. I have never experienced any difficulty so far. I am glad people like you could come out to buttress my point. Please bro, we need more positive vibes like you on this thread. For you to have 500 euros left over that means you are able to secure a full time job.

Like in the UK where I stay for now.. Racism is low. Average full time worker earn 2000 before tax then you pay 20% tax to govt, this tax is deducted before the salary hit ur account.

U are left with 1600.
Then you pay for rent. Which is monthly 800
Pay for gas 70 to 80
Pay for light same 60 to 80
Pay for sim card subscription maybe 25
Pay for water 30
Pay for council tax 100

Transportation
Depend on ur situation... If u watch live TV pay for that... I don't pay.
Pay for car insurance.

This are the few I can remember.

So at the end u have less than 400 take home.

The best way to beat this payment is staying in cheaper locations where u get houses 500...North East England and u come with ur spouse so u share accommodation bill and rest bills

Then u both can save more than 1500 or even more pounds per month. As one person salary will cover all expenses while the other person salary goes into savings strictly.

I doubt if a student on per time can have savings left

No it's best u listen more to analysis of those who have stayed in this countries. Experience is far better than what u read online.

When I came to UK initially I wanted to go back to Nigeria in fact I even bought flight ticket back home but a friend and people around kept persuading and also assisting with little funds.

In fact I stayed almost 5 months no job. Do u know what it means to be converting 1000 pounds from Nigeria every month to cover rent, gas, electricity and transport ? In fact I turned to overnight begger started shouting who sent me... Almost sold all lands finish.

Now if English speaking country can be like this what about non English speaking country.

Now I take other people's opinions especially the contrary ones seriously and uses it to prepare ahead.

Things I learnt by experience now :

Having a Driving experience from Nigeria is key.
Data analysis and most IT job aren't easy to secure, might take years to get .
Handwork like joinry, carpenter, bricklayers, plumbing experience from Nigeria will give u easy residency 100% faster than IT job. Infact my greatest regret is not learning carpentry or joinry or at least bricklayer before living Naija

Like I said u might not understand what I wrote.

Do you know hundreds if not thousands of graduates that comes out of this foreign universities with MSC in data science, machine learning etc with years of experience?

I have a friend from Bangladesh we were discussing last month, he acquired Msc in machine learning. Having solid 2 years experience back home in same industry. No one interview. Currently he said his wife secured a care sponsorship so it's on the wife visa.

Once u lack UK experience in certain field then getting hired becomes issue.

Like now u see companies advertising sponsorship via carpentry and bricklayers etc. Even the government is rolling out funds to train their people to learn this skills. Same with dentistry... If u have a degree in dentistry u go see sponsorship in UK today today

Help me understand.

Not one interview?

Even as bad as nigeria is, if you apply to 30 tech jobs, I can guarantee 3 interviews minimum and UK has more tech jobs than Nigeria. They are there on Linkedin, Indeed and other job board.

So how is a person in UK not able to land one single interview?

I'm just curios o. I am not challenging what you said.

Who told you that Austria is more racist? Austria is a peaceful country with a good social welfare system.

There are some expences that may be due in GB but are not extra payments in Austria e.g. Council Tax and Walter rates.

The ILR that will cost you 2,800 pounds in UK will only cost you just a little bit above 200 euros in Austria.

While you are talking of self safeguarding in the UK, Austria is a place you can afford to live a carefree life ( high safety records).
