I have just received an email for interview on the 30th October. I am going to try pleading with the school for more time and sharing the interview email with them hopeful they accept. I don’t know why they set interview for 30th after waiting 1 month.
Also I want to ask about POF, is it wise to take it out yet ? I have had it since June till date because my cas took from June till September to be issued before I finally applied for visa

My aunt staying in the UK called me about two years back and said she has given my number to a travel agent to help me prepare documents for a visa application. He called me later and asked some questions about where I work and if I'm married. I did told him I'm single and self-employed running a very small business.

He told me to liaise with a company probably a Microfinance Bank, to speak to the manager about slotting me into a post with a reasonable salary on paper. The company will as well prepare a statement of account for me, which the embassy can actually verify if mail was sent to the company. All these were done.

In preparation for the Documents needed for the visa application, he got a marriage certificate, birth certificate of my imaginary child, CAC Business certificate ( I have this one), My passport was stamped for a country in the middle east ( to get my passport deflowered) A Landed property; all these to ascertain I have ties with my home country.
Unfortunately, I was denied( I will attach the refusal letter) the visiting visa on the reason that they are not really certain of my true intention and not sure I will leave after my vacation there.

Now to present Day, I applied to some institutions, in which I have secured an unconditional offer in one of the schools, I have paid my initial deposit of tuition fee while I'm waiting for POf to mature before using it for the visa application. Honestly I'm confused as to how to go about filling it when the time comes on Maritals and the answer to if I have dependants. Won't this prompt more documents to show I'm married and also have a child.

I have access to using this company(Microfinance Bank) as a study gap evidence but I'm not sure if my CAC could do some works too as I don't have all these tax receipts of a thing, though i do pay my annual return and it's active on CAC website. Which one would you advice I use?.

That is just wrong, if your elder brother wants to contribute some money towards your education then move the whole money into your account. Putting a lien in that account shows that you don't have complete control of that money and it will not be available for your use in the UK

Luckily for you those forgeries were not spotted or mentioned by the ECO, student visa is point based system, so you focus on meeting the requirements , married or not married is not part of the requirement. Unless you are going for research program you are not allowed to bring your husband or kids.

I will advise you to submit it to avoid delays.
It is better to provide sufficient documents so that your visa can be out on time.

Hi guys, can someone give me advise about my case

So I got a student visa to UK to study in 2023 for an engineering MSc

The program was so hard and complex and I wasn’t ready to fail so I deferred my studies to 2025 when I’ll be mentally ready

NB: I have already paid my full and complete tuition 100%

I left UK back to Nigeria in 2024, a month to the expiration of my student visa

Now one of my friends in the UK is doing his wedding in November and I want to attend. I know I can only return with a visiting visa as my student visa has expired

Please how can I make my new application? Will I be denied visa ?

Will I have to build my account for 6 months ?

Yes. All TLS add-on services are the same price.

Unfortunately, You have to PAY the 76£. You CANNOT switch after picking the center. The other option is to cancel your application which includes the Visa and IHS refund, guess what? Only do this if you have another IHS and Visa Fee immediately ready.

Reference letter is enough but you can make it official by doing an affidavit just as you have explained here.

You will have to declare this refusal you know that right?!

Just one information when was this application done? Has it been up to a year??

Since this a different class of visa, there won't be much issues regarding all this because the goal of this visa is to study in the UK and they only want to check if your intentions are real.

Good morning. Is it mandatory to submit a transcript for a visa application? The date of birth on my transcript differs from that on my other documents, but I have completed an affidavit to address this discrepancy.

Additionally, I plan to submit my appointment and promotion letters to cover my study gap and avoid any delays in processing. Will there be any issues if my payslip shows a salary of less than #90,000?

Because I’m thinking since I will pay a fee in VI, will that not make it faster ??

You don't need to sumbit those two, transcript is for admission application, submit your bank statement containing the required amount and not payslips

Thank you for the swift response... How about the appointment and promotion letters. I read someone mentioned it that in other not to cause delay if one has study gap it's advisable to attach those. Or I should just ignore it and not upload them. Thanks

Yes you can add that to cover the gap and also explain the gap, there is always a space provided for additional information, use it to give more information if needed as you may not be called for an interview
