In the world of football there are new talents every season.

Last season Lyon by force held unto Ryan Cherki, even when PSG still came for him this season it seemed there was hope for him to move to a top club but now PSF is going for one of such new talents in Desire Doue, but is he really better than the last season hyped double footed attacking midfielder, Ryan Cherki?

Tbh, I'm not surprised Rodri name is popping up and it's gathering momentum. If Jorginho can do it, why not Rodri who's even a better player and had a better season than Jorginho. Plus there's no Messi or Ronaldo to even skew things away from him grin

If man city had won the ucl I would have said rodri deserves it

Bellingham would have taken it if England snatched the euros ,but I think vini deserved to win it due to the ucl masterclass

Rodri is easily a top 2/3 player in the world overall and the best DM in the world ,but common he shouldn’t win this ,he wasn’t mancity best player last season ,that was foden .

He might have also won the best player at the euros ,but we wey watch ball know say Fabian Ruiz and olmo was better
