Racoon: The way these people that have held nigeria down for decades where going with their corrupt activities it's inevitable that they will only end up cancelling themselves we really hope the real winners will be the ordinary nigerian masses. 1 Like |

nairalanda1:Stop lying. What Dangote asked for is local crude supply and a ban on import of petroleum products especially diesel and kerosene which have no subsidy. This is information available in the public space na. Haba!! |

Kukutenla: The abuse has started from him. TO be expected You can talk to me without being angry, dear lad. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:01pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: You were not joking, and you know it. Now that I have shown you for who you are, you are now claiming it is a joke. Hatred of women is a serious issue on this site. You of all people should not join in, even if jokingly. If it joke, it was a very expensive, and seriously, uncalled for joke. |

Racoon: It's a shameful thing that in 2024, we are blessed with crude oil but yet we still import petrol, diesel and kerosene...its a case of an owner of a restaurant whose children alway goes to bed hungry...with this, I can boldly say that they're people that are benefitting from the country being unable to have a constant 24 hours power supply |

nairalanda1:That's your business You can cry if it makes you feel better All this turenchi on an unverified video Are you that gullible |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:11pm On Jul 26 |
Omalicious1: We import crude oil because in the 1970's we made the decision to subsidise the price of refined products...which had the lovely side effect of making refining unprofitable...and thus our domestic refining capacity was damaged, so we had to import. And since most of us want the fuel to be cheap, we subsidise the imported stuff, and pay high prices for it...meaning that we lose forex, and have a knock on effect on our economy IN 1987, we refined 400000 bpd at home, by 2019 it was 6200. IN Venezuela, their largest refinery went from refining 900000bpd to less than 100000bpd over the same period. Both NIgeria and venezuela do subsides. At the end, things need a profit to run. NO profit, problems result. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:14pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:You know you're lying right? The refineries were profitable and well run until IBB made an order that TAM on refineries should require presidential assent. That's what led to poor maintenance and ultimate capitulation of the refineries. Stop lying |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:14pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: Anger doesn't become you, dear lad. You do support bullying, so I am not surprised you support the poor girl being chained because she exercised her right to leave an abusive relationship. Anyway, at the end, oil subsides must go for Nigeria to have a good domestic refining capacity. Seems you don't like hearing that idea. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:15pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:If I say you're lying, it's not an abuse. It's an allegation. You can either disprove it or accept you were caught at your lying. Simple pinocchio 🤥 |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:16pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: ,My dear boy, I hardly lie on this matter. Plus shouting that I am lying does not change the truth of what I am saying. Also, I hardly like listening to people who support immature boyfriends mistreating their girlfriends for leaving them. After all, if they can't see that it means freedom, then who would help them see? Subsidy must go. If it makes you go angry, I can't be held responsible. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:17pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:Nigeria now has good domestic refining capacity of almost 700kbpd. Another 100k was launched today with govt still being accused of subsidising fuel price. Find something realistic to say |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:18pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: And if I call you a bully and a human rights abuser for supporting the chaining of a girl who left her abusive boyfriend, it is not abuse too, it is the cold hard fact. Plus you are abusing me, because at the end, that is how you were brought up. To make points by abusing people like me, who don;t listen to you You hate me because you cannot control me. Well, better learn to realize that women have rights too. Not just men. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:18pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:Subsidy went away on May 29th last year didn't it? Which subsidy are you asking to go again? Since subsidy is the name of an evil spirit that needs to be exorcised Stop crying over a skit though. It makes you look gullible |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by DmonSlayer10: 7:19pm On Jul 26 |
helinues:You Tinubu and APC supporters hardly ever think, reflect, ponder, imagine and reimagine the imports of happenings before rushing to take sides!! For instance,if Dangote refineries is frustrated out of business, what does it mean to Nigeria and Nigerians? Are there corrupt cabals who Dangote's refineries will put out of business? And so on.. Please learn to ALWAYS consider Nigerians first before you ever take sides. Don't be fond of mocking and aggravating their grievances! E get why |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by helinues: 7:20pm On Jul 26 |
DmonSlayer10: Is it only Dangote that can run refinery business in Nigeria? |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:20pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: We do, but it is under threat because the tinubu government keeps subsidy Once that is gone, the sky is the limit. Yeah, it means fuel would cost N1000 Or more, and it means you would have less money for eating out at the posh resturant down the street, but hey, we don't import, we don't have the scam subsidy system, and we don;t lose billions in smuggling But you can't see that, because you despise me, and you can't control me. LIke the guy who supports men that chain up their women for leaving them...oh it's you who does that. Naughty, naughty |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:22pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: SO you believed tinubu when he said that? And you think I am the gulible one. (I did not believe tinubu when he said that....because I have seen the same show over and over again. One knows what;s up after some time, and keeps away and cautious) Subsidy, as I have said repeatedly , will not go until government stops setting the price. Simple and succinict. But since you regard me as a wooden puppet, and since I bring out the natural bully in you (as seen in your support for a guy who chained his girl for leaving him)....well, I guess we can't expect much from you. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:22pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:You don't need to listen to me Just don't try to force your lies on people That's when I have to expose you You can back subsidy removal but you don't have to tell lies to buttress your view That's plain dishonest |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by PHAYOL81: 7:26pm On Jul 26 |
The phase shall pass soonest and the troubles will be no more. |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:27pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: And exposing me would do what? Nothing much. Over 99% of people are on your side. Most of the remaining 1% tilt towards your side. I am mostly a loner, a lone voice, and no one listens to me SO, at the end, it does not matter Plus, if you think I am that powerful that my words here can influence people, and that at the end of the day, your doing the bold work of exposing me would make millions of ladies love you and seek to be admitted into your lovely house as your wives, well....I can;t stop you Just remember, every thursday, share one million naira to the poor in your city. I accept that as a befitting offering unto me. And stop being a bully, and do stop supporting immature men that chain their women for leaving them |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:28pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:Oh so you agree now that you lied here that Nigeria does not have domestic refining capacity? Good, you're seeing the light after all Good boy nairalanda1: |

Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by Kukutenla: 7:31pm On Jul 26 |
nairalanda1:Lol. Who should I believe? Lying you? 🤥 Are your the one paying the subsidy? The man says he no longer pays subsidy So you mean Tinubu is lying? |
Re: Africa’s Richest Man Versus Nigerian Government Is Uncharted Territory by nairalanda1(m): 7:32pm On Jul 26 |
Kukutenla: We do, but it is under threat from subsidy, which is why it has to go. SO, for now, we are as good as having none of it, especially since product is yet to hit the market. Anyway, subsidy has to go for the potential to become reality And yes, you won. For that you can go and buy two bottles of palm oil for your kids. (As if winning matters on the internet). |

Kukutenla: The progressive historical role of capitalism may be summed up in two brief propositions: increase in the productive forces of social labour, and the socialisation of that labour. But both these facts manifest themselves in extremely diverse processes in different branches of the national economy. Kukutenla: We are marching in a compact group along a precipitous and difficult path, firmly holding each other by the hand. We are surrounded on all sides by enemies, and we have to advance almost constantly under their fire. We have combined, by a freely adopted decision, for the purpose of fighting the enemy, and not of retreating into the neighbouring marsh, the inhabitants of which, from the very outset, have reproached us with having separated ourselves into an exclusive group and with having chosen the path of struggle instead of the path of conciliation. And now some among us begin to cry out: Let us go into the marsh! And when we begin to shame them, they retort: What backward people you are! Are you not ashamed to deny us the liberty to invite you to take a better road! Oh, yes, gentlemen! You are free not only to invite us, but to go yourselves wherever you will, even into the marsh. In fact, we think that the marsh is your proper place, and we are prepared to render you every assistance to get there. Only let go of our hands, don’t clutch at us and don’t besmirch the grand word freedom, for we too are “free” to go where we please, free to fight not only against the marsh, but also against those who are turning towards the marsh! Kukutenla: If democracy, in essence, means the abolition of class domination, then why should not a socialist minister charm the whole bourgeois world by orations on class collaboration? Lenin, What Is To Be Done?, “Dogmatism And ‘Freedom of Criticism’” (1901) |
