Good morning.

Please, how can I upgrade the Android version of my Huawei honor Che2-L11?

The phone is literally useless to me because I can't download & use whatsapp & other apps from playstore.

It says it's not longer supported by this version of Android!

The phone is running on Android version 4.4.2

I have this issue of My Iphone X 64gb suddenly went off.
I took it to a tech who fixed it.
He changed the Power IC and battery.

I took the phone home to switch it on this morning, just to observe settings notification of
Mobile data Error and Face ID disabled.

WHAT CAN BE THE CAUSE?
The phone Tech Guy us confused to as has updated the phone as required by apple.

The issue yet to be solved

Good afternoon.

Please I have a question, I took my phone to an engineer after it shut down and didn't come back on.

The issue was the power ic as told to me, the engineer said he has to flash it after changing it, that the data has been corrupted.

Which sounded strange to me, please is it a normal thing to flash a phone after changing the power ic, the files on that phone are too important for me to lose.
