Atiku, peter obi, sowore and other opposition leaders of this country have failed to provide the needed morale to boost the efficacy of this protest hence all of them have lost my support from this moment

Tinubu and the rest APC oppressors seems a better politicians than the cowardly acts of Atiku, peter obi and sowore. Shame on all of them for not openly leading this protest. They have lost my support henceforth. I can not come and die only for them reap the gains from the protest tomorrow.

Bunch of lilly livered cowards masquerading as opposition political leaders. You guys just lost a supporter

If Tinubu is the better politician, you don't need Peter Obi in the first place.
Abi, you bought petrol at 165 naira and 1 bag of rice for 30k today?

With the level greed, incompetence, cluelessness, rape of the economy and corruption, should the protest be peaceful?

Tinumbu used fake christian clergy, fake state of origin, fake certificates, fake mother and fake everything and you want a peaceful protest. Wa duro pe.

I really think that the protesters are very mature. They will not allow desructive elements in their midst. I hope u are against bad governance becos we all know that the poorest of the poor in Ikeja lives in Ikpodo. This is a place where girls b/w the ages of 9 to 14 are pregnant /drug addicted in large numbers .Most guys in Ipodo ,90% ( able body men) beg for money/drinks along the street. They smoke weed with reckless abadone. Both the boys and girls beg for food and money around the numerous hotels at Ipodo. Let us be wise.

The reasons for both protests differ.

The present protest is a supposed mirror image of the 2012 protests... incompetence of government in managing the commonwealth of the masses.

2020 protest was targeted against police brutality and violence.

Please when the protest begins and violence erupts plus looting and destruction, I need you to carry loudspeaker and address them with fluent English like this, tell them the reason why the protest started in the first place.
You must be present at the core of the violence.

People like you will hide behind your keyboards and be screaming protest. You don’t have any business you are running, you probably don’t have a job, you don’t have properties. So when violence and looting begin, you probably don’t have much to lose

Protest is the power of the people. It's their basic rights in a democracy. Either violent or peaceful, it's the voice of the people.

This have been since time immemorial and a good sample is the French revolution. This change the course of franch history.

It was the pivot point for a turn around in French history. If you think there's something wrong with people who you don't want to protest then you are the problem. You attempting to take away the people's voice.

This is how dictators start to exercise power, by the tike things will get out of hand, you will be surprised and regretted for supporting evil in sheep clothing.

Is Peter Obi Supporters are those feeling the effect of bad governance? I supported PBat during elections and will gladly join the protest because I'm not happy with the situation of things in the country presently.
If the protest could have impact in making the government sit right , it's welcomed

It is going to be a peaceful protest.

Protests turn bloody most times, when civilians get hurt or shot at by security that is supposed to protect them.

Shebi Tinubu and Buhari protest? E turn bloody?

Being an APC defendee is bad enough.

Being a Muslim APC defender is even worse.

Muslim APC defenders always sound like senseless idiots.
Re: August 1: Anti-Protest Rocks Abuja (Photos) by Rotji(m): 3:12pm On Jul 29
This is the most foolish thing to do, whoever orchestrated this anti protest - protest will only succeed in triggering the real protest earlier than scheduled.

MTN is already helping to activate the protest before 1st August.

These are not wise ways to frustrate the planned protest at all

Poverty is a serious disease. Most of them are out just because of 1000 or 2000 naira the government agents promised to give them.
