Even if you see it, you wont see a Brand new one one because samsung stopped producing it, even the refurbished ones should have been sold out by now... and by the way, if a Samsung phone is refurbished by Samsung then it's same as brand new...

I use note 10 plus, smooth phone, bought UK used last year and never gave a problem till now. 12gb ram 256gb rom. How much is ur budget for brand new one cos even UK used is now around 350k upwards

I'm willing to go by the market price. I'm just more concerned with getting it from a reputable dealer. I wouldn't want to spend so much and then, not get value at the end of the day.

something is blocking the proximity sensor. Most times screen guides are mostly the culprits. Try cleaning the area around the upper screen

Guys I got a u.k used s21 but now I am noticing occasionally the screen becomes responsive, and i would need to turn of the screen before it responds. What could be the reason? I am thinking it's the screenguard since it's not the type made exactly for Samsung but I also doubt that. I have made the decision to return it though so it can be changed. I am just skeptical and trying to ask if there could be any other reason cos the distance to send it back is kinda far

Remove the screen protector.
