Greetings everyone, pls am amateur in NGX stock trading and i need ur advice.I bought Ucap @#40 with intention of selling @#45 before the QD unfortunately am at 23% loss, am thinking of selling at that loss and use the money to enter Oando at cp.If i sell now, will i still get the bonus? since the QD has passed.

UCAP should open today at N10.

Btw N8 and N9 will be a good entry.

Don"t sell at a loss. Buy more

My humble advice: avoid selling UCAP at a loss, as you may be falling victim to the phenomenon known as the allure of dividends. UCAP is a profitable company and a growth stock. I suggest averaging down whenever the opportunity arises. Use the averaging formula: (Total cost price - Total current value) ÷ Current market price = Number of units to buy to keep your holdings in the green. Remember one of the fundamental rules of equity investing: "Never sell at a loss"
Nothing has changed in the underlying fundamentals; only the current market price is succumbing to the law of gravity.

I tried this calculation but it didn't put the stock on green.

To whom it may concern

If you follow the hypes here during the bull movement of a stock... You go wound ooooo...

Learn how to enter stocks when the ovations are dull and many are running away from it and hold it no matter how long then sell when your target is met or hold if it was bought for investments purposes...

Look at OANDO that I was gambling and holding some when it was heavily castigated here as almost dead grin

Why do you think I rushed into loading more of DS and NS? It's my strategy that's at play...

Note...

I still have CAVERTON and NEIMETH that haven't got to my CP and I'm willing to hold them till they become GEMS but my activities in OANDO and a few others have paid me handsomely...

The way you guys attack entrepreneurs needs to be studied.

Is MTN the only company that declared losses?

Are you in nigeria?

Have they increased the prices of their products despite what is happening in nigeria?

Why are you so desperate to convince us to make money? What is your take in this? Is it commission? MLM marketing or outright SCAM

Guys, I have this update I've been doing since March. If you're willing to stake 100usdt to make 175usdt after 25 days, as long as you follow each signal—like 75% of your capital is sure sha. You could try 100usdt for a start. It's basically using a particular exchanger, you deposit, stake each unfailing signal each day for 25 days vigorously, watch your input grow or withdraw.

If Sango is here, I'll swear with it. I swear with all my life, I'm not lying. Nothing beats this. It's not a scam, shambles or any such thing.

I'm willing to provide anything at all that's evidence... I swear it's what sustains I and my friends. In fact I withdrew 100usdt yesterday, see screenshots, although they debit 6usdt as charges. Even elderly people are on it.

1st screenshot: I added 100usdt to my wallet in March, then another 100usdt later.
2nd screenshot: total of my usdt withdrawal; 263, 103, and 104.
These are all on my first account.

3rd screenshot: I added 101.5 to my wallet last month.
4th screenshot: I withdrew 100usdt ereyesterday.
These are on my second account.

Guys, it's easy and factual enough. Register here https://cbex.cx/register?inviteId=4U6REU
You're not giving me any money at all but it's just impossible you do this and not pray for me after you withdraw

They are giving 2 extra share for every one share you hold. So therefore they must divide the closing price on the Qualifications date by 3. That is how it works in the stock market with bonuses

I tried this calculation but it didn't put the stock on green.

Given:
ANS = Additional Number of Shares needed to break even
CNS = Current Number of Shares
OP = Old Share Price (your initial purchase price)
CP = Current Share Price

Formula:
ANS = CNS × [OP − CP × (1 + 1%)] / [CP × 1%]

This formula calculates the additional number of shares you need to buy to get as close to break-even as possible.

Note ; The percentage (1% in this case in the numerator and denominator) used to adjust the current price can be varied. A smaller percentage will get you closer to the current price, but keep in mind that achieving the exact break-even point would theoretically require an infinite number of additional shares due to diminishing returns as you get closer to the break-even point.

This is not advanced mathematics; it is just simple algebra. Try it out and let me know if it works for you. To confirm if you are correct, add your total previous investment (Current Number of Shares times Old Share Price) to the new calculated Additional Number of Shares needed to break even times the Current Share Price. Then, divide by the sum of the Additional Number of Shares needed to break even and the Current Number of Shares to get your BE. Bear in mind that I didn't add charges to avoid overcomplicating the formula with too many terms. grin grin cool

I hope you still remember BODMAS cheesy

Okay thanks, so the price did not really change, it is the quantity that increased. So the correct price is still the 10.05x3 if we were to use the previous quantity. Why this is important is that people do not start salivating or panicking thinking that there has been a drop in price rather than a change in quantity.
If you had 100 quantity at 30 naira each, that is a value of 3000, that person will now have a quantity of 300 at 10 naira each with same value of 3000 naira.

This is correct right?

Both Dividend and bonus marked down.....
I didn't remember to deduct Dividend, reason I arrived at 10.30 initially, should be lower actually.
The calculation was done here sometimes ago by Osita and one other Oga, using different formula.

Adjusted Share Price = (Existing Share Price × Existing Number of Shares) / (Existing Number of Shares + New Shares Issued)

It is exactly the same as dividing the share price by five, considering four new shares plus one old share.

My dear, you will need a lot more units to come close; you will need about 1.6 million units to average down to 11.5 embarassed . Check your calculations or use Excel.
