no need for a prophet to tell you that tinubu will not perform, only tribalism can blind you to that effect, the catastrophic failure of his very first policy of fuel subsidy removal is a sign that Nigeria is in a clear and present danger

Primate Ayodele should have more faith in our president. Tinubu is a man of action, and I believe he will turn things around for us. Let's give him the chance to prove the doubters wrong!

One thing I agree is that it looks like Tinubu is alone and surrounded by fools who want to steal and loot. Clueless people. But the buck stops with Tinubu. He appointed them. He should start firing people. Enough is enough.

how much are you and your family buying fuel, rice and other necessities?

how much are you and your family buying yam?

the Bible is explicit,

Proverbs 29:2....When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked rule, the people mourn, groan and suffer.

you cant pray against hardship when the wicked are in power. if you dont want hardship, pray against the wicked to be removed from power

Four years of hardship? Na so dem go dey talk because dem no fit see beyond their noses.

Meanwhile, Peter Obi is still searching for solutions in his endless rants.

Instead of focusing on the progress being made, they prefer to wallow in negativity.

How about we give Tinubu a chance to prove the naysayers wrong?

Or are they just scared that he will succeed and put their empty promises to shame?

The primate Ayodele I know is a fake prophet whose predictions are always tailored towards the current trend in the news.
He earlier predicted there will be no elections in 2013
He predicted Atiku Abubakar will win 2013 presidential election
89% of his predictions never came through.
He will never predict except there is a situation which seemingly pointed towards his line of predictions

11th January, 2012

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) national leader and former governor of Lagos State, has accused the Jonathan presidency of betraying its social contract with the people by suddenly removing fuel subsidy.
He, however, provided a window out of the crisis: if subsidy must be removed at all, it must never be at one fell swoop. Rather it must be on calibrated phrases, on which the promised gains are measured and confirmed before moving to the next phase of removal.
“Government must modify the sudden and complete removal of the subsidy. Either we restore the subsidy or use the funds for other social purposes,” Asiwaju Tinubu counselled in a special release he captioned, ‘Removal of oil subsidy – President Jonathan breaks social contract with the people’ and which he personally signed.
“If we are to use the funds for other programmes, these programmes shall be placed on parallel track with the subsidy. As more of these programmes are ready to go on line, then the subsidy can be lifted in phases” he continued. “In this way, the public is assured government will not lower its total expenditure on their behalf, thus maintaining the spirit central to the social contract.”
But the former governor cautioned the federal government against economic policies that tend to balance the books at the detriment of the people’s welfare.
“As there is progressive politics, there is progressive economics. As there is elitist politics, there is elitist economics,” Asiwaju Tinubu explained. “It all depends on what and who in society government would rather favour. The Jonathan tax,” he declared, “represents a new standard in elitism.”
But the ACN national leader cautioned the president against being captive to economic orthodoxy and its local purveyors, who always look at the Nigerian economy as nothing until when tied to the apron strings of the conservative orthodoxy.
“Because he is slave to wrong-headed economics,” Asiwaju Tinubu said of President Goodluck Jonathan, “the people will become enslaved to greater misery. This crisis will bear his name and will be his legacy. The people now pay a steep tax for voting him into office. The removal of the subsidy is the ‘Jonathan tax’,” he insisted. “The situation shows that ideas count more than personalities. People may occupy office but how that person performs depends on the ideas that occupy his mind.”
Insisting that the subsidy removal was ill-timed, he said there must be some conditions precedent before such a step could be taken.
“First government needs to clean up and throw away the salad of corruption in the NNPC [Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation]. Then, proceed to lay the foundation for a mass transit system in the railways and road network with long term bonds and,” he added, “fully develop the energy sector towards revitalising Nigeria’s economy and easing the burden any subsidy removal may have on the people.”
The former governor however counselled protesters to go about the protests in a peaceful manner, and to eschew all forms of violence.

Tinubu has done the exact opposite! And it is showing in the disastrous results.

what he said is right. you enter spirit and find good result or solution for this country called nigeria either devil will not snap you. tinubu had corruped you nigeria by buying you people. in lagos state and others state tinubu share money during election even in this protest tinubu share money in different street in lagos and others. tinubu will continue to buy you people till 8 years of his tenure and there is going to hardship through out of his tenure but it will subdue little by pallative, discount in general price level, and little or no reduction in price of fuel. nigeia will come to his strenght after tinubu leaven seat.

Who is Primate Ayodele that you are pleading with him to have faith in President Tinubu? Or are you one of his online disciples? This is a man that has continually given a failed prophecy. His prophecies against Tinubu right from 1999 when Tinubu was a governor always failed woefully. All the Prophecies he gave in 8 years of Tinubu governorship failed woefully. All the Prophecies he has given since 2022 failed woefully. The Court of Saints and Angels work contrary to his prophecies.

Tinubu administration fulfilled obligation to an inherited commitment of $5billion just about 14 months in power, no government in Africa can meet that obligation with the failed economic situation Tinubu met .

My stand is that the Yoruba elites should study the situation and I am very sure they are doing that already. Obasanjo and other elders should also study the situation. Obasanjo came in May 29, 1999 and met a dying economy with $5.5 billion in Foreign reserve. He left in 2007 with $50 billion in Foreign reserve and about $10 billion in different investment everything totalling almost $60 billion. He paid debts.

In Yaradua / Jonathan government we all witnessed how Nigeria made the highest revenue in the history of Africa with oil selling above $120 per barrel and output of almost 2 million barrel per day. The same government spent everything and borrowed heavily and spent over $25 billion out of the reserve Obj left . The greatest robbery in the history of Africa.

The Buhari regime came used loans to execute most of the inherited and new projects pushing subsidy removal and debt servicing of about 97% of total revenue to the incoming government. There is new currency crisis and cashless economy crisis awaiting the new government.

Tinubu government has performed creditably well considering situation on ground and global economic challenges.

The South West elites and elders must analyze the Nigeria situation and work together.
