It's an Huawei issue with what's app. Same here.

try using VPN
and which is that self that you can't root

They also banned all my Four SIM.......I am using Huawei and Gionee.

Did you buy them as UK-used? If yes, you need to unroot/flash the phone and take it back to its default custom Rom. Hopefully that will work.
Faced the same issue when I bought Huawei UK-used phone.

It's an Huawei issue with what's app. Same here.

If your phone is UK-used. My main Huawei phone bought here in Nigeria works fine but the UK-used I bought has that same whatsapp issue.

It's affecting my business, and and the phone does not accept apps that is not play store
