If the government is wise they should start deducting it from NYSC fund. That's the surest pay day for graduate students. With NYSC, some students would have already covered more than 30% of the loan...
So after 2 years they can start their recovery

You are correct, don't mind those people that have negative minds towards successful programs. Every government do programs and those that will benefit will do so. Jonathan did surep, Buhari trader money and anchors borrowers. Unfortunately Nigerians are not patriotic. They kill every system.
