According to what I read a couple of weeks ago on a news channel, Dangote himself said NNPP no longer had any stake in the refinery. I don't know whether that was fake news though.

NNPC is supposed to puck up or rather own 20% stake in Dangote Refinery but they only took up 7.2% Dangote also said this so the balance of the 20% is what Dangote is now selling out to others who wish to stake claim in the refinery (Open to correction).

The level of ignorance in Nigeria is very high, huge.

Ucap is been pushed. insiders are still comfortable buying at yesterday close price, they most likely know that the journey upward is far from over.

I think the way government treated the Dangote Refinery issue shows that there is serious conflict of interest at the very top. The alleged connection of Oando related people to the imports from Malta, which was not convincingly debuncked, did not help matters. That is why people tend to believe videos like the one from Dan Bello.
