Kingsmeal:3% will be from ebonyi state but they are doing very well now,the percentage will reduce drastically in a few years time,but seriously from the information above the north is contributing roughly 70% of the whole out of school children in Nigeria,this is sad and a stark reminder that this children that are not impacted with adequate values will be the next threat to national security |
