Just be a bit patient. Try and appeal to him to send you the message sent from IRCC to know the documents requested from you . If appealing to him doesn't work try and pay him a visit because most of the documents requested are time bound
and if IRCC doesn't get those documents by the specific time, decisions will be made based on the available documents available to them. So be fast about this your agent

I check my VO notes on my GCMS file on my ongoing application, I saw that everything is going fine especially the confirmation of my PoF value. Is that a good sign?

Sir, with this ur many many travel experience and a usa visa with or without conference , canada go give u visa and make anybody no go do anyhow copy copy style want use conference visa to japa, ircc dey dash refusal anyhow now , u never go conference in kenya,ghana or uk before but u wake up and decide to spend over 5m on canada conference , l beg this people don wise up and please note most conferemce fee are not refundable!

Note : I am not " japaing" . Attend a conference and come back home . I did not pay any conference fees . The secret is attend conference or workshop in your discipline and most cases fees will be waived .Another secret is to look at university website for conference in your discipline . Above all ,have genuine reason for the application. My UK visa was for workshop ( no fees , accomodations cover by organizer ) .US conference ( no conference ) . I stay 5/6 days in each case . Building travel history must be intentional . UK visa - April 2024 , US - June 2024 . Canada July 2024 .Even if you don't have travel history let your purpose of visit be strong . Going for tourism for 2 weeks when your salary is not much is a red flag .None of these travel is for tourism or invited by individuals. All are workshops and conferences are in my Discipline and accomodation covered. Unfortunately agents are packaging rubbish for People,these packaging worked years back but today things have changed . Once you claimed to be a director you must provide solid evidence ... I don't apply to conference where I have to pay for flight and accommodation , the cost will be too much for me ,hence I search for conference where organizer cover accommodation or flight .

My family have visit visas but my student visa was denied twice. Had no option but to apply for visit and it was approved.

so i have go through the SOP so what's there is that i partner with the car company so he was telling me now that i should do a relationship agreement between me and the company, Police report and affidavit then i should upload them

I am submitting Student visa here in Nigeria but I need to travel out immediately after that. Whenver High Commision Canada in Lagos requests for my passport for visa stamping, can I send my passport to Nigeria(Canadian Embassy) for visa stamping using Two-way Courier Service? Is there no illegality doing so or any risks?

I will appreciate if other people can contribute to this also.

Hello fam. Please quick question. I just got PPR yesterday and I am traveling tomorrow to be back on the 14th of January. Also saw that PPR validity request is for 30days. My problem is I don’t know if I can submit in the US but my dear is I don’t want to get stranded and be waiting for passport to fly back to Nigeria.
Also please my return is on the 14th and the next working day is 16th which is 30 days from the day I received the PPR please I don’t know if anyone has been I. This position and what is adviced. Thanks

When canada request for ur passport visitor or student visa ,You can actually submit ur passport for visa stamping at any canada vfs in the world and no need send ur passport back to nigeria!

The message is misleading and they said it was posted by VFS headquarters because they thought they will suspend services in Nigeria due to the protests for security reasons

But services have not been suspended yet
They are still operating in Lagos because the protesting people have stopped

You likely committed two offenses here. Firstly, specifically your response of "NO" to the question, "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory? ..l guess you have a previous visa you did not disclose

Secondly, you have submitted a fake bank statement. You are given a chance to respond.

Forget what he is telling you.

The ONLY effective response now is a MyBankStatement code that will validate that same account statement and value.

As it is now, even if you genuinely have the proof of fund in your bank but it is not aligned with the statement you submitted Oti lor. So unfortunate.

This has nothing to do with being the director of the company or not. This is solely about your proof of funds. If u r sure u submitted genuine POF, all u need to do is to get a reference letter from d bank and submit my bank statement (mbs).
If not, na 5 yrs ban.
