How is he different from other politicians? A use and dump fellow like him. He rode on the wings of merger in 2015, gave them feather weight appointments, promised to do more in 2023 and finally discarded them like left overs.

Seyi Makinde is a smart dude. One of the best governors Oyo state has ever had. But he might get played by APC. He should make amends with the party that brought him into power. He has a better chance as Atiku's VP since the North won't accept him right now. Wike and the rest don't stand a chance.

I think Nigeria needs to change this system of 4 years election, election every 4 years is a distraction. Imagine we just concluded with one last year and now another .

I propose to change to a single tenure of 7 years, both presidential and governorship, no room for reelection as such leaders can focus on why they are there and not bothering about next election
