Try and get the PC into Windows Recovery environment

You can try the following options

1) Boot into safe mode (if that does not work)

2) uninstall both quality and feature updates(maybe an update caused it)

3) System restore ( if there's a restore point to rollback to)

If all option fails
Try to

1) Reset the pc with option to keep files( if that fails)

3) Reset the pc and wipe everything ( you can enslave your hard drive and back up your important files before this)

And this fails

Please backup your files and reinstall the Windows

Then update all your pc drivers

Name of laptop....my guess it is dell laptop...this is their weakness

Very likely CPU overheating problem due to bad heatsink, cooling fan problem or very likely old worn off thermal paste.

Does ur computer have a hinge problem?

It could be that the thermal paste that dispenses heat and attaches your heatsink and CPU to the motherboard has worn off.

You may need to buy and reapply thermal paste

It's usually and batter problem.

Blue screen of death, reboot the laptop and go to recovery mode and reset the laptop to an earlier time before you made any changes to it

Your windows has crashed.

Reinstall OS. If it continues to crash like this 1 day your RAM will go and not return 🤧. Happened to me 2021 December

The last time you used it did you connect to the internet?

Running too much heavy apps on the OS making the HD to overwork and overheat. Possibly a low RAM space or your HD is getting corrupted!

Solution -

Clean windows of cache files and see how much space is available!

Get accross to System Engineer, then request for reinstallation, if re occur then change the storage device

That is the sign of a boot sector malware. Reinstall a genuine Windows.
To Get your important files just use a Kali Linux Live USB to copy them.

If you have important files in your laptop you cannot afford to loose, then go buy a usb to sata converter. Remove your hard drive and connect it to it to back up your files on another system..

Mount the hard drive back to your laptop and reformat your system.

First check you DVD drive, if you left any CD inside remove it and reboot it otherwise see a technicians.

Your laptop fan is not working so it gets hot and shut down.

Your device is bricked. Possible the crowdstrike thing. U have to boot in safe mode and manually delete the file causing it to brick.
U can google how to do it

The problem is usually associated with the RAM. I had same issue some months ago.

Bring out the RAM sticks, and brush them.

Brush the RAM slots too..

Insert the RAM sticks one after the other, and power on the laptop after inserting each stick (in order to ascertain the stick that's probably failing)..

If it persists, you can backup your files, and format the laptop.

Install ubuntu, let windows rest
