I don't deliberately not shut down properly.....Sometimes, blackout from the electricity board abruptly switch off the system. And when next I power on the system, I get that screen which will require several "on and off" from the button to get out of it.

this is symtom of a lot of issues.. especially related to your motherboard, caused mostly from bad voltage supply(your charger).. you'll need a technician to be able to pin point the fault..

however you can try a quick fix
1. remove your battery, press and hold the power button for about 10 secs plug in the charger with no battery and power it on..(use a multimeter to read the charger and ensure its supplying around 18v-19v..

2. re-sit your ram.
3. try an external display to make certain its not your screen.

Your hard drive is weak,if your hard drive uses a flex wire,connecting to the motherboard, then u need to change the flex wire. Its on aliexpress at a whooping amount.dont just rush to change your hard drive and waste money,remove the back cover and inspect.

oh! its a desktop computer...
reason your should use a UPS... When a force shutdown happens the filesystem is left in an uncertain state, which can lead to file system damage upon restarting. this causes files curruption and many more ugly stuffs to the hdd.

try make you buy ups.. or just be saving small small on piggyvest for a new hdd(ssd)

It is either any of these. Your Windows is installed on your hard drive.
1. Your hard drive has shifted or not making contact with it's port.
2. Your hard drive is faulty and can't run Windows.

Solution.
1.Replace the hard drive and use it as external 2. Format the drive.

The first option is better if You have vital info in the drive. This is from experience

Your os or hard disk is damaged.
Hopefully it's just the os, or you will need to buy a new hard drive

It's either the hard-disk has issues or the SSD card is not properly positioned sometimes it can reset itself..If none of these work, try reformatting it.

If your system is still starting, you better start backing up your important files on an external drive, your hard disk can crash finally soon.

Bro it happened to me last two months.. the problem can either be your laptop has been infected by a virus or the latest update made your computer crash consistently.

Crowdstrike

If u have have software like iobit uninstaller... Ur pc would have a very recent restore point before that error occur.... Just boot into recovery or safe mood and reset to last restore point to minimize your loss of data... If not you will have to format it and lose your Data unless you see someone with a bootable flashdrive or disk

When it's about to boot just went u on it give the hard drive side a few taps if it boots up, ur hdd is giving up gradually

Not sure how and why. Regardless this blue screen of death was what affected Crowdstrike computers were experiencing. He should research online for the fix. Either Crowdstrike or his hard disk is failing.
