So when you challenged me during the day , you thought I was clueless about your shythole because I was playing dumb to irritate you grin. Next time , look through the history of the poster first not just on the current thread grin....you'll know better what you're dealing with grin

LMFAO. Now you're reverting back to your comfort zone: victim mentality. You people are no victims of South Africans. You hate us even more than we hate you. That's why almost everyday there's bad and fake news about SA on this very forum. So we are the ones who live rent free in your minds. And not only that, you're the ones forming long queues at our embassies looking for Visas to come here and irritate us. That girl and her family had it coming. She must go and represent her own people and I hope her mother gets arrested and her daddy gets investigated as well so she can be called by your name grin grin. Rubbish!

Kaffir babble. Your mama was a Soweto wh__ore. Dirty cunt. Fu__ck you and your communist kin. Fu__ck Mandela, fu__ck Biko, fu__ck that dirty Jew Stravos. All in hell being tormented right now. grin

Unfortunately for some olodos who believe that hate and xenophobia will win out will be surprised that these dejected "half breeds" will multiply their numbers and become their own ethnic grouping and take that which is being denied them by the forces of hate.

Those who do not understand history are doomed to repeat it.

You hate us even more than we hate you.

Clearly you know your stuff, even more impressive is you know a lot about Nigerians.

I have a feeling you hang around Nigerians a lot or did at some point in your life because your knowledge as to how to comfortably and competently fight your corner against us is exemplary.

On this one you typed that I have quoted, I think the generalisation is false. What you read on Nairaland from a few embittered souls bears little resemblance to real life. I myself went to South Africa once and didn't see it. I am still in touch with people I met during my trip and I doubt I am an outlier.

Nigerians don't hate South Africans as a matter of course, there might be disgust at the outbreaks of xenophobia targeting legitimate Nigerian/African shops by the "lower strata" of South Africans. We are aware of the drugs scenario and are ashamed of our countrymen for indulging in such.

Per Chidimma, people need to accept that she should have not gone to that party and allowed loud mouthed Nigerians destroy her chances of participation and success in the pageant. Same would have happened here so why anyone is attacking South Africans over it completely befuddles me.

Like I said anyway, a poor generalisation saying Nigerians hate South Africans, those that do are a noisy minority.

@Aswani. You didn't stay long enough to experience what really goes on there I would presume and were only there as a tourist so you probably did not interact with many a institutions or people.

aswani:

We are aware of the drugs scenario and are ashamed of our countrymen for indulging in such.

The alarmist sentiments of drugs in South Africa by Nigerians is played out. This story has been peddled since the early 2000's yet you are yet to see any mass action or mass deportations of Nigerian drug lords caught or jailed. Don't you find that strange?

PS I have been on ground in that country many a times and are speaking from firsthand experience.

Chidinma did nothing wrong than to seek the support of the community she belongs to in South Africa. What was wrong was the display of hate by South Africans because of the perceived arrogance of some Nigerians. It does not justify their actions. If we want to keep this issue in the realm of sentimentality as the South Africans are doing, then please consider the fact that this girl Chidinma was born and raised in South Africa. South African culture is not a monolith. There are Greek, Portuguese, Italian, even Latin American immigrant families who immigrated and identify as South Africans so why pick on this girl because of her Nigerian-ness. She is as South African as Giannis Antetokounmpo is Greek or Bukayo Sako is British.

Let's call it by its name, Afrophobia!!! You have black South Africans that come from a traumatized history of exclusion, self-hate, marginalization, and a fear of replacement by this new black immigrant group and this is being projected and manifested as we see today.

Like I said anyway, a poor generalisation saying Nigerians hate South Africans, those that do are a noisy minority.

I do not and have never had any Nigerians as friends.

I do however have interest in international affairs especially those of the African continent. Nigerian, kenya, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia are countries whose politics I follow keenly.

Well I could say the samething , most SA don't hate you but a lot of those who have had close encounters with many of your people have lived to regret it. From human trafficking victims,to those defrauded by fake pastors . From having their children kidnapped and drugged to victims of organ snatching . I could go on.

And yes, South Africa has Nigerian doctors , professors etc but those are in huge minority compared to the "hardworking hustlers" basically people who have no business being here.

I remember this one year when there were anti-immigrant riots in Johannesburg and businesses of foreigners were burnt. The government called upon all affected business owners to come forward and claim compensation...and guess what ?Nigerians were ranting online claiming the government criteria was unfair. grin. Guess what the government wanted?. papers that proved you are here legally. Proof of your business certificate (or some documentation used by asylum seekers). Proof of address and tax number. These are the most basic documents any legitimate business owner should be in possession of and the Nigerian " business owners" had none of that. And ofcourse we know what business is run behind all the spare-parts, hair extensions, taverns and internet cafes grin. It's pretty obvious but they think they're smarter than the community members they live with πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜….

And I will correct you on one thing, it's not only people the" lower strata" of South Africa that dislike Nigerians. Generally people who have lived in neighbourhoods with a large population of Nigerians can never like Nigerians grin. We are two societies that should have never been made to co-exist( my opinion) grin. Unfortunately the government of the ANC signed us up to liberality (global homo) . Now you see even less deportations of foreign filth because human rights activists sponsored from the *West* will paint these bastards as victims and drag the government to court. We are seeing the effects in the West, SA isn't left out of the bullshyt.

And lastly, I do appreciate that you didn't label SA as some evil nation after your precious African blood grin grin. Because I was going to ask you to ask your friends and brothers here to tell you why they're not running away like they ran away from home. We hear it everyday from mainstream Pan-Africanists that we are Afrophobic...the question I always ask, is why are these African crusaders not moving to the over 50 African nations that are loving and welcoming? grin. They complain and bytch about how horrible we are but you'll never see them spreading their shytty Pan Africanism in other African countries where natives are butchering each other's tribes for sport grin. That one no concern them cheesy. SA because it's the country that has a lot already made is what Pan-Africanists cry over grin. This has nothing to do with them loving Africans or wanting African unity .....its all about the hate for black SA.....we are the Africans that seem to be eager to fix our own shyt while others would rather desert their homes. Pan-Africanists don't believe in building , they are pro chaos and destruction like their globalist funders. That's why on every SA thread, you have their agents crying like homeless bytches over "Afrophobia " grin grin. They are projecting their feelings on us. They despise us, not because of any discrimination they suffered but because they have covetous souls grin. These are people who come from tribalistic nations...why didnt they fix African problems there first ? grin grin. We are their biggest targets among the black race...and some of us understand just why grin

That was a long post. Sorry I can't respond to each point, I think we both know where the other stands anyway. I'll pick up on one or two things though.

You've never had Nigeriand and friends and you are so well versed in internal dynamics of the country and your pidgin isn't too shabby, that's incredible.

Sadly we tend to remember the negatives of those we cross rather than the neutral or positive which "might" explain why South Africans live to regret engaging with Nigerians. I also met a few South Africans in my relatively little time there who said the same, one particular harrowing story of a Ghanaian church Pastor's excesses sticks in my mind till today. We all have good and bad, sadly the "bad" Nigerians are front and center, a shame.

By "Lower strata", I meant the ones actually looting shops etc in xenophobic incidents, you wouldn't see a professional taking the day of work to do such things. My opinion watching from afar as it if true in lots of places, for example the English riots of a few days ago.

Anyway, good to chat again. I was concerned about the generalisation in a previous post by yourself but I believe you have clarified that (to me at least).

Let's keep disliking the ones that deserve it and give those that don't a chance regardless of what they have in common with the ones that do.
