Here's a short story about a farm and harvest behind my house in far away Eastern Nigeria:

In a small village in Eastern Nigeria, a family turned their backyard into a farm, planting cassava,maize and vegetables. After months of hard work, they harvested their crops under the shade of palm trees.The aroma of the roasted corn filled the air as they celebrated their bounty with a traditional Igbo feast, giving thanks for the fertile land as well as their hard work in the city.

That is the short story of my wife and I.
I shall be taken some to the city for my children to have a taste of it too.

My neighbour threw plantain tree he uprooted from his land during fencing into my land and closed his compound two years ago, I returned to meet about 30 plantain trees on my land, plus the report that all my neighbours has been harvesting my plantains for over a year!

I was like, "please invite all the neighbours so they can come and pay tithe"

Please do not eat your harvest carelessly or start dashing it to lazy people who will not farm but want to eat. Leave most of it to dry and then dehusk it and store it in your house for future use. We don't know what the future holds. You may still need it later. I hope you know semolina is made from milled corn...

Everybody cannot be a farmer at the same time, and there is nothing wrong if he shares his harvests with his neighbors.

Under 1yr, not possible. I had 12 suckers round the parent plant but they didnt grow at same pace.

Now that depends on when he returned which wasn't specified. If he returned to that piece of land three years, that's possible but the count will include both parent plants and suckers not just parent plants as "trees" in his statement suggests
