Breakfast- avocado toast, smoked salmon, cream cheese, sprinkled with everything seasoning.

This is real luxury, especially if you are living in Nigeria... you guys are the G.O.A.T!

There was a popular nairalander that wanted to kill herself here, competing with people living abroad where food is cheap as chips. Them go just dirty your white for nothing whereas you with your simple food are actually doing more to feed well than they are.

Rivers people eat plantain a lot. It is also grown here. Calabar and cross river farmers bring them every Tuesday. It's in abundance. If not for transportation
