Notwithstanding that this Notice May be "defective" (based on technicalities) the best bet is to prepare to move out.

If you challenge the notice in the rent tribunal, you'll only have reprieve for some time. Eventually you will vacate.

Just find a way to plead for adequate time to vacate and give up possession.

Sir, it's painful seeing people beg online. But to be honest the best way to think about your bill is to consciously beginning payment immediately you offset one.
For example, immediately I pay my children school fee I start working to pay the next one. I don't wait until they vacate before I start saving up.

When my wife put to bed few years ago and I was broke after paying hospital bill. I park my car in one corner and work in a car wash close to my office. Some of my friend mocked me but I didn't have to beg I work home with 5/6k then and it was reasonable to cater for my bills. I sometimes use my car for transport to meet up. It's not honourable to a man to beg. There is something you can do around to make a living.
