you say it like Russia is some shithole. you may be surprised at how good it really is. the trains and road networks are up to date, at least I know for Moscow and St Petersburg.
infrastructure maintenance could be better in some cities however, I think they don't get enough credit for resilience with respect to actual wealth and corruption. it's a vast area of land, not that it's an excuse though. they probably need population growth to expand current work force.

Funny enough, when Dangote refinery started producing diesel, this same David Hundeyin said that Dangote is importing the diesel and reselling it as if it was refined from his refinery.

There's no nonsense that David hasn't said about the refinery, but but he rejected money to write something negative about the refinery as if he has ever said anything positive about the refinery in the first place.

When grown men because of agenda outsource their own brain for others to use, this are the kind of things you see.
