I think I got what you mean, like if you can just start your application while waiting for POF to complete, I think so, I may be wrong though. keeplurkingx: |

ChiomaMC: I also stay outside Lagos. Here is what I did. Firstly I booked TB test at one of UKVI's TB centres online while I was still in my state of residence. Then went to Lagos a day before the test. I received my test result the next day and applied for visa immediately. Thankfully I got a biometric self service date a few days after I did my visa application (I don't know if I got a biometric date quickly because I used the VI TLS which isn't free). After I did my biometrics, I left the next day. All this took me 7 days. The days Should have been less if I was able to sort my virtual card quickly. Just make sure you plan the whole process well. |

Hello people Please how much is IHS for 1year program How do I pay for IHS and Visa fees from naira account? Or what are the best payments options. Also while filling the visa application, I have not seen where work experience or activities over the years is asked. Which section am I to put the information? I'm confused here or have I not reached there yet? I'm at the stage of IHS fee request. |

ChiomaMC:IHS fee for 1 year program is 1154( in pounds), visa fee is 490(in pounds), however you will be charged in USD depending on the prevailing pounds to dollar exchange rate. [ This is subject to fluctuations]. You CANNOT pay with your naira card. Open a domiciliary account, fund it, and use it to make payment. Secondly, while filing your visa application form, you will be redirected to make payment for ihs and visa fees and select a centre for biometrics. You will be redirected to Tls contact website where you pick a date for biometrics and pay for an appointment. It is on this website that you will upload your documents. There is a section for work experience, where you upload work references, employment letters etc. My advice: Get someone who is knowledgeable to file in your application to avoid errors if you are not using an agent. Goodluck. 2 Likes |

Glossylips: You don’t need to tackle anything. Just declare it and submit the appropriate documents. If you have a study gap, provide documents showing what you having been doing since graduation. |

MrSoftlife: Thank you for your response. I need your advice on a matter. I work with local government, and my appointment letter lists a lower annual salary. Is it advisable to submit this appointment letter? My promotion letters from 2009 to the present do not mention any salary. I’m considering submitting only the promotion letters to show the study gap as I’m concerned that the appointment letter with the lower salary might be a red flag. Thank you. |
