What Trump did on J6 has largely been cleared by the Supreme Court of the US. It is within his purview and powers as President to tell Traitor and Swamp Creature Mike Pence to delay the vote certification in congress due to observed and reported voting irregularities in battle ground states. It was within his powers as President to place a "perfect call" to the AG and Governor of Georgia to check and stop the irregularities reported in Atlanta and elswehere. It was within his powers as President to direct US AG Bill Barr to set up a mechanism to check all the irregularities seen in the 2020 general election, prosecute all the fraudulent county AGs (mostly in Democrat Controlled Cities) involved in the voter fraud activities and report back to the president. It was within his powers to sack people in the Homeland Security Department for not complying with his directive.

It was within his powers to take home documents that he signed off on as president and decided he wants to keep them at Mar A Lago for future refrence. And above all, throughout the last 3+ years, he has not been charged with any of those J6 "crimes" - to the chagrin, anger and eternal bitterness of all those who hate the guy, the likes of "lyin" Liz Cheney, who will never ever be allowed into the hall of congress again!

As to the documents. (from a previous post).
1.) Trump has never claimed in any court document ( a place where he faces consequences for lying) that he declassified those documents. In fact he admitted on a tape that the Prosecutors have that he didn't declassify them.
2.) Though a President can declassify documents (even though he hasn't claimed legally he did), there are some documents he can't declassify, such as nuclear secrets. I believe he had a document relating to nuclear secrets in Mar A Largo.
3.) Now even if a president did declassify documents, the documents still don't belong to him. They belong to the US. And when the US asks for them back he has to give them back.
4.) Now, even if we didn't know 1-3, the minute that a Prosecutor goes to court and a Judge signs off on a subpoena to get documents. Trump no longer has any right to hold on to those documents. He MUST turn over the documents. He can then later argue in court that he should get them back, but they never belonged to him, so tough. When he lied and said he didn't have those documents, that is Obstruction of Justice, which can be charged individually independent of 1-3.

You know what? I like to also look at events from above the time track as well. Based off of the incoherent "ramblings" by Donald Trump (during interviews and political rallies), it's clear based on the FACTS now in the public domain that he either made those stories and lies he told about the 90-year-old Willie Brown and Kamala Harris up, OR Trump (who is now 78 years of age) has a SERIOUS case of progressive "mental discordance" or "mental degeneration" due to the AGEING process... And it's clearly very dangerous for anybody to be elected under such conditions as a country's President or leader.

The negatives of the ageing process is VERY real in the sense that the "stem cells" in the human body rapidly deplete in the brain and other vital body areas from the ages of 40 thereby leading to the breakout of all kinds of cancers and diseases such as Alzheimers and Parkinson's to name a few. As I type this here, there's a lot of medical research work going on in the field of gene therapy or stem-cell therapy to find out how to reverse the ageing process and disease progressions with the self-regeneration of our body stem-cells. The U.S. FDA still has to approve some if these research findings before they can be mass produced for human use. Until these are done, we still have to deal in the medium-term with this issue.

I strongly think it's time for the U.S. (and indeed many democracies worldwide) to set an upper age limit of "70" for any future Presidential candidate to mitigate the kinds of enervating age-related and health-related challenges we've seen with President Biden and MOST seriously with former President Donald Trump during past encounters and this current U.S. Presidential election cycle.

Just to give an idea of what I'm saying here... The Minnesota Governor and Vice Presidential running mate for the Dems, Tim Walz is 60 years of age and he's very qualified to be a future POTUS. By the time President Kamala Devi Harris serves two-terms in office as the POTUS, Tim Walz, who has the power of public speaking would be 68 and can then run for the Presidency (if the Dems are able to focus on the real issues in the short-term to long-term and work towards de-escalating War tensions between Russia and Ukraine, and also growing the U.S. economy, while ensuring the safety of people through reduced gun violence with gun-control laws, etc, like Tim Walz said they would during his first rally outing with Kamala in Philadelphia last week).


By the way, I found out earlier that just like Kamala Harris, J.D. Vance's attorney wife (Usha) is of Indian descent. It's speaks to the growing influence of educated Indian/Indian-American (and South Asian) immigrant communities in the United States of over 4 million.
