obyikye: Did you stir (or tried to flip) it after laying the plantains on it? I once made one like that. 😀 You're supposed to leave it to set, on low heat. If the egg is much, you might need to finish up the cooking in the oven, or you cover the pan to allow the heat spread. 1 Like |
