Nigerian politics is all about bribe. Tinubu the so called master politician is just a man who knows how and who to bribe. That's why they are resoundly defeated and embarrassed at the international stage where they cannot easily bribe their way out of a mess. 27 Likes 4 Shares |

Nigeria pleaded state immunity but was turned away by Sara Cockerill, a high court judge in the UK, who said the country abused the time frame for appealing arbitral awards. This is how Buhari was dilly dallying about the PI and D and Eni-Shell OPL 124 case till they had grave economic consequences for Nigeria. They kept exporting their incompency to the world. 60 Likes 4 Shares |

yommen:Have you ever heard that government is a continuum( no vacuum in government - your predecessor mess is inherited by you?) Have you forgotten Buhari and Tinubu were only obsessed with blaming Jonathan government while things continue to degenerate under their nose as a result of their gross cluelessness, ineptitude and incompetency? 90 Likes 5 Shares |

Willl they shout " go to court " ? like they did after the fraudulent election Nigeria pleaded state immunity but was turned away by Sara Cockerill, a high court judge in the UK, who said the country abused the time frame for appealing arbitral awards. Apc maladministration since 2915 destroyed anything that has to do with due process. They took their incompetence further to the International space Today the Ogun government has replied, releasing only threats & saliva, beatig that useless chest & claiming the company are fraudulent Chinese investors. Igbese don Land, na now you remember fraudsters from China after your incompetence. Pay what you rascally ignored due to yourr corrupt & incompetent tendencies. Your IGR is the biggest in Africa almost at Par with China Lols 34 Likes 1 Share |

This shit is getting messier. The FG should henceforth scrutinise foreign contract and loans by state government to avoid scandals like this. Cos I no understand why one state go enter contract and na FG go dey run helter skelter. All Ogun former Govs who had a thing with this contract should be made to pay the Chinese company from their personal resources. 39 Likes 3 Shares |

The painful naked truth about this Chinese Nigeria saga is that, those who invited Chinese to Nigeria and those who took loan's of trillions from the Chinese, may not be alive when the real Chinese Nigeria fight will start. They have prepared battle for the unborn generation of this country. 46 Likes 2 Shares |

Is this a new scamming strategy? In which some government officials bring fake investors and then sign some kangaroo agreement and later breach it, then run to foreign court to get order to take over assets if the country? Just like the case of was it malabu? I have never trusted Nigerian leaders for once. Expect more of these in years to come. All your governors signing bilateral agreement here and there are examples of these. Very unfortunate human beings. In a sanner country, amosun and his team would have been arrested and all their assets seized to pay back all what they backed out from. Very embarrassing to see something like this every time. 38 Likes 3 Shares |

I don't know who helped the Chinese firm file the suit and who the judges were, but the case is erroneous when they say it's "ZHONGSHAN FUCHENG VS NIGERIA"... It's supposed to be ZHONGSHAN FUCHENG VS OGUN STATE GOVERNMENT. The FG has nothing to do with this... The lawyers and judges must not have done their due diligence on this case. Once again, not everything oyinbo does makes sense... 20 Likes 4 Shares |

dre11:There's too much LEGALESE that obfuscates the real issues in all of this. Tbh, some of the guys in these foreign jurisdictions of France, UK, and the U.S. are NOT well grounded in aspects of international law as we can see from the discerning judgements from people like Gregory Katsas who was on the side of Nigeria in rightly stating that Nigeria cannot be held for the actions of Ogun and former Governor Ibikunle Amosun in the early 2010s. There's a lot of confirmation bias and ignorance among some of these foreign judges. 1 Like 2 Shares |

That Jonathan left government didn't stopped the duo APC disasters of Buhari and Tinubu from blaming him till date though he was 10x better than them.
