The land bank strategy is ingenious, hopefully they can take security seriously and not wait on government. #notetoself Afolabi units for stake in the sand is the way to go now!

hopefully the team recognise manure from swine is probably one of the highest quality next to guano ( fruit bat shit). Investing in processing the swine manure to compost (pellet or otherwise) is a no brainer to cater to commercial or small scale farmers. Clear labels will be ideal to avoid Halal based agro-producer litigation in the future.

My brother! Why are you trying to wake some1 buried befittingly back to life? If such magic cum miracle is your specialty, why not visit the morgues and you will have plenty cadavers for your experiment? Or are you looking forward to curling a favor from him in the immediate or remote future? That matter has been laid to rest albeit your understanding of that clause is misplaced.
Thank you and good morning from here grin

I don't want to descend with you to where you want me to.

All I am telling you is: There are persons on this forum that are very helpful with their inputs. We don't want to lose them, and by no means not by your false premises. If one of the things you learnt by reading every post on this forum from page one is that "every positive analysis on a stock will only be validated by an upward movement in price and vice versa", please unlearn it. And don't use that false premise to cast aspersions on people that have been resource persons to the investment community since 2006 or earlier.

An analysis doesn't necessarily guarantee an upward or downward movement. Please don't float that criterion here to discredit one of the soundest human assets we have on this platform. In analyzing any stock, you look at the pros and cons and then make your decision.Every pro or con is a potential added insight. The direction of the stock price in future doesn't necessarily negate any of the pros or cons.

Only possible if you know you are gambling. But most people are gambling but think they are investing.

When your N1 million turn to N2 million in 6 months, the next target is how to turn the N2 million to N4 million in another 6 months.

What you make does not matter, what matters is the consistency of what you make and what you keep

Okay. Thank you.

Mr aj8. Based on your Common Sense Strategy. Should I buy UAC PLC at current price?. Appreciate your response

H1 eps = 3.01
FY est = 6.00 approximately

Common Sense Value = 6 x 4 = 24

However, div of 22 kobo is rather poor so apply 75%

My Common sense adjustment on the market sentiment of dividends = 24 x 75% = 18

Market as you can see is already around this price.

So I wouldn’t buy at the current price based on the strategy.
Until it falls significantly below 18 to guarantee a profit by the time it climbs back to 18 or better still climbs to 24 on better market sentiments.

I will post UAC’s chart . That may give some further insight.

Based on UACN outstanding shares of 2.9 billion. I will advise you to remove N2 from the H1 EPS of N3. That will give you EPS of N1.00

So do you want him to buy at the current price or do you agree with me that he should wait for a significant drop below this current price?

What price do you consider he ought to enter? I think he can gain from your wealth of knowledge and experience.

I am more than grateful sir

emmanuelewumi:

I use Stanbic IBTC bank and First Bank.

You can also try the following finance houses provided your financial asset is domiciled with their sister organization

Orange One Finance a sister company of Investment One

Meristem Finance a sister company of Meristem Securities.

For the finance houses the loan can be used as you please eg renovate your house, buy a property, expand your business or even buy stocks.

But it you got the loan from stockbroking houses like United Capital, Cardinal Stone, FSDH Capital, you can only use the loans to buy shares, bonds and other financial assets

He should ask the technical analyst.

I will look deeper if the business has turned around for sustainable growth and wealth creation. And then accumulate

I have been a shareholder since 2004 and I have drastically reduced my holdings to about 5000 units

I bought for N2 in 2004, I didn't book profit when it got to over N40

UACN experienced tremendous turnaround and growth when Mr Ajayi came on board as the CEO of the company, Larry Ettah could not continue from where Ajayi stopped.

The current core investors and CEO learned under Wale tutelage, they even worked for him. I hope they will be different from their mentor

I think it is normal market phenomenon. When a stock is on bid for 3 to 4 days with a lot of bullish sentiment around there will a backlog of buy orders. If smart money then decides to take profits you will have huge volumes traded in a short time, usually at market open.
