The land bank strategy is ingenious, hopefully they can take security seriously and not wait on government. #notetoself Afolabi units for stake in the sand is the way to go now!

hopefully the team recognise manure from swine is probably one of the highest next to guano ( fruit bat shit). Investing in processing the swine manure to compost (pellet or otherwise) is a no brainer to cater to commercial or small scale farmers. Clear labels will be ideal to avoid Halal based agro-producer litigation in the future.

Something that somebody said they don't have farm that it's audio, later they will be chasing it at premium. Pls let ellahlakes rest before they come for you. grin grin

So your own TA is based on your sentiment grin. Then your TA is highly unreliable because you might decide to move it to 40+ next week or next next grin

Sincerely, I will like to learn investment to the point that I can pay children tuition from it. Salary life is not easy at all

Someone on this thread got in touch with me early this year, he claimed he started invested in the stock market 22 years ago and has about 6 years before he would be due for retirement.

He claimed his portfolio was less than N10 million even after trading for over 20 years. He made money from the market, but also lost most to the market.

He got in touch with me for assistance on books that could improve his knowledge about the market.

He claimed he introduced the wife to NGX 18 years ago, but the wife got a dividend of over N3 million in 2023 and a portfolio size of almost N40 million

Good news, will turn to great news when the team get serious about wheat backward integration to reduce importation dependency. Jigawa state may become a sweet spot if security measures 're seriously considered as part of business cost by this firm. Arable land in that state and adjacent ones may become one of the most important/ sort after in northern Nigeria if Wheat cultivation is seriously invested in like they are doing for rice.

I use Renko charts these days and eh dey sweet my belle. Since January 20-something, all the swing highs have never been able to break past previous swing highs, so I feel that breaking the last swing high at around 41 may indicate a reversal in Nascon.

Na that 41 i go dey watch.

well that’s a bearish head and shoulders pattern and it’s not looking good for Nascon as i’m seeing #10 bargain possible in a few month time.
