Nigerian-born UFC star Israel Adesanya, popularly known as the Last Stylebender, has claimed that most ladies living in Lagos are hookers, widely known as “runs girls”.

Speaking in a video shared via his official social media handle on Monday, Adesanya said Lagos ladies like showing off, but proceeds of prostitutes are financing their lifestyles.

However, the former UFC welterweight champion urged them to be nice and friendly instead of being proud.

Speaking in Yoruba, Adesanya said, “Lagos women like to feel themselves and are proud. Most of you are runs girls. I know the meaning of runs girls now. Kobo kobo, ashewo.

“You want to show off. Keep posing and showing off. Nonsense. Just be nice, be friendly, say hi.”

Recall that Adesanya arrived in Lagos last Wednesday to a warm reception after his fourth-round submission loss to South Africa’s Dricus Du Plessis in their middleweight title showdown at UFC 305 in Perth on Saturday night.
