I have visited most of these states and I can attest that this is an unbiased, objective report. It is interesting to note that highly commercial states like Lagos,Anambra and Kano are among the dirtiest states.Trade/manufacturing puts a lot of pressure on the environment. Commercial cities also have very high population densities, hence,serious efforts must be made to keep such places clean using their IGRs which are also higher than other states. 7 Likes 1 Share |
