Nonsense. there is no data to support this. many dont know their status and many dont patronize hospitals especially government own for treatments. We re not in techy country where everything is documented.

I give it to the first 5 states above.. even though the north claims the southern part of the country are filled with prostitutes... they still made it to the top 5
