Badluckynigga: They are all the same. The problem is Nigerians are educated but ignorant. We are educated but dont read labels. It is there in black and white if we bothered to read. I posted these labels July 2023, I was told my mouth is smelling. 7 Likes 2 Shares

I even thought miksi was skimmed milk. Even miksi wrote instant diary creamer. How are we even sure the peak and loya they say is full cream is really full cream milk. There's one stuff I am seeing around now, creamer that people are buying up and down even giving to children as milk. Na real wa oo. 2 Likes |

Go for the full cream milk produced by chivita's Hollandia, Friesland's Peak milk ,Dano milk and Cowbell milk. Their milk have set the standard to measure a healthy milk with the right amount of fat in it .Stay away from all these imported fat-filled milk and all those creamers. All those are not milk, in the true sense of the word. 3 Likes |

Only God knows the level of poison we consume in the name of food in this country. The food regulatory agency, NAFDAC, is worse than useless. |

mastermaestro: Milk are generally bad for your health if you are an adult. That said, the so-called "inferior" milk are not being forced into West Africa as insinuated. Importers prefer them because they are more affordable for most low-income buyers. If you want and can afford whole milk which this article naively suggest as superior, it is not hard to get. 1 Like 1 Share |

Lionessza6:You either didn't read or were misled by the writer's bias. Nothing in the article proves that the imported milk are "inferior". 1 Like 1 Share |

My lecturer in the university did a project on goat milk. He said at a point, after milking about 3-5 goats every morning, he had so much milk ( after bulking) that sometimes he would need to throw some away, as his family couldn't finish it. Every family in Nigeria should be able to raise goats ( the milk is reportedly superior to cow). I'm guilty of years of this ineptitude and ignorance myself. But I have no excuse anymore. I have to start, for my family sake and my ppl. 1 Like |
