I am presently in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State since last December and the state is not clean.
Majority of Nigerians are dirty by their disgusting unhygienic habits and they live in filthy surroundings.
Urinating without washing hands.
Even the most disgusting are the female students on the campuses of tertiary institutions using horrifying toilets and coming online posing and posturing to be beautiful.
Pretty and dirty is not beauty.

I'm live in Delta, I was just laughing when I saw the list... Delta state should be no. 3 on the list dirty state... People deliberately dump refuse on the road.

Most northern states are very clean, (I.e Kano, Plateau, Gombe) surprisingly, they're not in list.

Anambra has always been a dirty state and if you are talking about industries,it is still way behind Ogun state in industries.
According to the report,Ogun state just has a couple of local government dirty but Anambra is generally dirty especially Onitsha.
Soludo has his work cut out for him so also is Dapo.
