And you think the guys that presented this didn't do any sort normalization based on either population, population density or land area of each region?

Moreover, You only run normalization on a data after running test like shapiro-wilk normality test to check if the data is affected by Outliers, are skewed or affected by laws of large numbers LLN or central limit theory CLT..
First paragraph is a fallacy of appeal to authority.

Second paragraph is just unnecessary complication of a simple concept. It shows you don't really know what you are saying.

Very well but under reported due to government high handednes of media houses reporting these incidents, which they termed as glorifying the terrorist.

As i speak, i am in maiduguri town, going to the trenches later this afternoon via helicopter, the truth is northeast is really hot especially with killings and kidnappings of farmers.

Like said you don't have any authority over the data being presented..

So opinion doesn't matter..

Go and conduct your own surveys and present your results

100%

The SE in SW. And I have not even added the 10 killed recently by the police in ladipo that came all the way from the SE to kidnap a business man at ladipo. I did not add the picture as it's too gory.

Take this stats from StatiSense with a pinch of salt.
Let my come in here as well.

A lot of crimes (such as traffic jam robberies, luxury bus robberies, inter-state armed robberies, kidnappings, bank robberies, fake or adulterated wine, malt, pharmaceutical drugs and fruit juice production, methamphetamine and other hard drugs production within residential estates such as Satellite Town and Victoria Garden City in Ajah, Lagos and the relentless drug trafficking through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, baby factory, etc), committed in Lagos and other parts of the South West states, Niger Delta states, and North Central states of Nigeria are committed by Ibos from the South East based on data available to me as well. The media is littered with a LOT of these heinous crimes as further evidence.

This is MAJORLY due to greed, social pressures from peers and community groups to become millionaires before the age of 30. I have kept track of crime statistics for many years now and have read and heard confessions from a minimum of 3 of these young male criminals among the Ibos (who incidentally all come from Anambra State communities) confessing that peer and community pressures pushed them to engage in these crimes otherwise they would be looked down upon in their communities for not being successful. Your post is based on FACTS. It's nice you attached or added pictures to back up your summations here.

Greed, peer group pressures, social pressures, and drug abuse are definitely key drivers for crimes in Nigeria and globally.

So crime is now a function of land mass and not population. Meaning there should be more crime in Sahara desert than New York?

Which school did you attend?
Oga get sense! 10 people are packed in one small room, then 16 people are in a large compound. If crime rate is 50% in both situations, do you know the stench of crime that will be coming out of that one room? You cannot say because the large compound has 8 criminals then it's worst than the one small room with 5 hardened criminals! The small room will be hell on earth.

The crime rate speaks for its self

The only amazing thing is that those who suffer worse crimes in their area than South East, carry South East matter on their head like basket of yam 🧺
