Try to avoid tinned tomato paste as much as you can
Too much additives and sugar that harm your heart and body

Fish stew is the best with rice followed by goat meat stew well fried in both cases

Beef, chicken, goat, or fish! Makes no difference.

Rice na the problem... The food dey make me taya just merely looking at it.

But if I were asked to choose in an occasion, I would rather take fish or goat meat stew over chicken or beef.

I wasn't going to put this (the challenge is mainly between beef and chicken), but I didn't want to discriminate, plus I'm aware that some people weirdly prefer fish stew.

None. Not a fan of white rice. Brown or Ofada rice better.

I would have liked to lick the fish stew but no pumpkin or other green leaves it in.

If it's fried like in the pics. Then fish it is..

If it's not fried, I. E fresh fish, then I'd go with beef.

Chicken will be the last..

hello All .

Just an observation about the question asked.

I noticed in this part of the world we don't answer questions directly ,
Reason we failed exam/interviews/or travel questions at embassy.

The question is the most preferred

Not picking one out of the 3 presented makes you a nondecision maker in an exam/interview.
in an exam you can't select 2 options when the lot for answer is one .

That is why our Leaders dont take us seriously because we cannot also speak with one voice when issues that affect as a whole is discussed.

Beef stew is the tastiest. Chicken stew is the most nourishing, and fish stew is the most aquatic touch. I go with beef stew.

Hello my foodie people.
I've come again with another delicious food topic.

Okay. I was munching on some delicious stewed beef the other day, and I was like mmm! How delicious!, then I told person that was with me that beef stew is tastier than chicken stew, and that chicken stew is quite overrated, she disagreed and said one is bound to quickly get tired of beef stew, that it's chicken stew all the way.
I did not agree with her.

So, I want you people to help me settle this about which is the most preferred.

Which of these Nigerian stews would you prefer with your white rice?
Fish stew, beef stew, or chicken stew?

Kindly hit like on the one you would first go for.

MUST YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS MAKE RED TOMATO STEW?

UNA BE ROBOTS?

WHY NOT MAKE A CURRY OR SOMETHING?

Or even BEER STEW?

You can cook a nice pot of beef or chicken with spices, onions, etc, and just add half a glass or more of BEER or WINE into the pot for the last 15 mins. Thicken the stew with a little bit of semo, poundo, or flour, and you’re good to go.

It’s so TASTY 😋

If you cook the stew with beef from brisket or cheek, I'll take that one otherwise no preference between beef and chicken.
As for fish, I am not too much of a fan but can settle for cat fish water soup.
