I told you NB has big issues. You replied to me like so. Even that MTN that you are seeing is in trouble. I pointed it out then, but MCY56 talked me down. The next day, it did 10%, confirming her. So, I shut my mouth.

Where is MTN now? Do you think it's easy to sustain such losses and dismiss them so easily? Some of these companies will probably disclose even more losses when the 2024 results are out. Watch out for Dangote Sugar.

Meanwhile, some very resilient companies are being overlooked. CAP, which is in paint and owns Caplux paint, has a debt-to-equity ratio of less than 10%. I think two years ago, the debt was just 1%. And the equity has grown annually by an average of over 25% since 2019. All this forex turmoil didn't affect them; they sailed through smoothly.

Sugar and MTN will bounce back, you will be shocked to see notorious buyers soon. Some Dangote loyalist still dey wait to get green light they will chop everything soon.

Oando is a great long term stock. No matter what the sentiment or fundamentals say, Oando fair price is around ₦150 - ₦200. That is the price it will settle.

The stock has no business staying below ₦100.

If so, then why sell Oand now ?

Pressure from Oando haters. I didn't see their antics initially but I know better now.

I am even buying another 10,000 units of Oando this morning. Oando has no business being a stock under ₦100.

We have evil people in here.... I don't just know why they are against #teamOando, maybe is their innate hate for the president or his family.

The way people are hyping Oando and Aradel now is exactly how BUBBLES are formed in the stock market. The news about Aradel buying Olo and Olo West oil fields was out some 2 to 3 weeks ago, and is now being recycled as breaking news. People should be careful because bubbles do burst. This is just a caution. Please don't read me wrong. There is a famous Buffet saying to be afraid when others are not.

You really need to make up your mind and maintain a position.

Are you not selling all your Oando stocks tomorrow again? cheesy
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by designking: 7:52am On Aug 30
I am not selling again. It won't pull back below ₦100. So any entry price below ₦100 is a good deal

There is another one called sixth-sense analysis. It is higher than all these others, including street-sense analysis.

(1) 50,000 barrels of crude oil daily.
(2) Unknown trillion cubic feet of gas.
(3) 1,490 kilometres of pipelines.
(4) 3 Gas Processing Plants.
(5) The Brass River Oil Terminal.
(6) The KwaleOkpai power plants with a combined capacity of 960 MW.
(Geregu= 435 MW by contrast) .
(7) Top Guy possible connection.

Please note that item No. 7 alone is a thermonuclear fundamental strength in itself.

Note also that the Afreximbank does not hand out $783 million lightly, or to all comers, but must have conducted a thermonuclear due diligence before funding these acquisitions.

Oando at #200 is ground floor, by sixth sense analysis.

I need to change my sell price to #200 from the initial #100. Maybe I won't even sell until I start seeing the result of the agip deal. Maybe Q4 2024 financial report will say a lot.

The more education I get about this Oando deals the more I see why the Nigerian politicians, Billionaires and elites are buying every loose shares in Oando. They are shutting out the poor and consolidating their positions.

The best option is to sit tight and observe how things go instead of quickly taking profits.

It is not necessarily hyping.
It is a new era in the oil and gas upstream (onshore) sector where local firms seem to be building some muscle to step in and fill the gaps being left behind by multinational oil companies who are divesting and leaving Nigeria onshore sector due to the numerous community crises, insecurity, oil theft etc.
The Mobil-Seplat, Total-Aradel, ENI-Oando, Equinor-Chappal, Shell-Renaissance Group deals are just the few ones in the limelight for now.

I understand your scepticism.
However, this is positive news and it is expected to positively affect the market.

The OandO-Eni deal was 'announced' about 4 times. Yet the market responded positively EVERY TIME.

This Olo deal was just completed so there is need to inform shareholders and stakeholders... smiley

If not that I have decided not to talk about Oando again... I would have made a detailed analysis of what this will lead to but let Mr Time do the talking

This is wrong to say... Try and remove emotions in the game of wealth and you'd get it easily but if not eh...

I doubt if there's anyone here that hates any team... You are only warned to be cautious in your dealings with any stock whether it's Aradel, Eterna, Prestige etc or not

Don't throw caution to the wind while you still have it
