She owns the land, the man owns the property. If they divorce, the land owner owns everything in the land and because of that, the man should get a bulldozer and bring the house down. I have not seen a house documents,house invoice or receipt,the documents used to sell or prove ownership of house is the land agreement documents,so he who has the land is the owner of the house,how can you even prove in court that it is you that built the house,they will just slam a no trespass order on that guy,the house is lost,he can never claim the house again
