The reason you can appeal is to clear all doubts, however appeals are only accepted at CRRV nantes. The Ministry handles all visa refusals and corresponds by post to your address.

Technically, i can advise you to appeal and re apply within few months interval.

You should have added it. You are supposed to spend your personal funds in your personal account, not funds from your business account
