Osimhen should accept 200-250k and call it a day, he has been fvcked over by Adl that's how life is

Baba, how can Osimhen accept what is not being offered? I mentioned here a few days ago that the initial offer was โ‚ฌ130k, now they've reportedly increased to โ‚ฌ155k. Shouldn't the pressure be in Chelsea to offer something he can work with and meet him half way? Must he devalue himself for a team not competing in the champions league, not competing for the league title and still trying to figure out their identity? There's literally no incentive for Victor to take a pay cut.

I will understand taking a pay cut to join Arsenal or Liverpool, cause he will at least play in UEFA and could likely win the league, but Chelsea?

For me, I always maintained that if he wasn't going to PSG, he should find a way to stay at Napoli
He already has a strong contract
No need to rush
And if he stays, there's no way he won't play

To those advicing Osimhen to go to Saudi because of "generational wealth", I hope y'all won't be surprised when people begin to question his inclusion in the National team, henceforth.

I hope y'all won't be surprised when players doing well in higher leagues are selected ahead of him. I hope y'all won't start complaining when you don't see him in the starting eleven of the super eagles, as usual. If you're used to judging players based on the leagues they play in, then Osimhen's case shouldn't be any different.

Money is great (hell, I'd probably even do the same thing), but he should get ready to play second fiddle to those doing well in higher leagues.

He's yet to achieve what the likes of Messi and Ronaldo did for their National teams, which have earned them the right to an automatic call up, no matter where they currently play.

Actions have consequences, especially in a short career like Football. Football is not about sentiments.

He should better go to Chelsea or stay in Napoli, if he wants people to continue taking him seriously.

There are still plenty of nations calling up players from the Saudi league, and not just Ronaldo. If France can call up N'Golo Kante and Spain can call up Laporte, Nigerian can always call their starman as long he continue banging in goals in saudi

They same principles should be applied to Odion ighalo, onyekuru, and the bald headed guy. We cannot be granting privileges to certain players. Letโ€™s hope that he signs for chelsea

Osimhen should not accept anything less than 300-400k pay per week. The highest earner Lukaku has gone to Napoli. Reece James spent more time on the treatment table and he is amongst the highest paid in Chelsea.

If I was his agent, anything less than 300-400k pay week is a big No.

He should remain in Napoli joor.

Las las Lukaku won't score much goals with this disjointed Napoli side.

9 months, He will walk away a free man .

Nothing to lose if he remains in Napoli...

Na Arsenal suppose close eyes buy Osimhen...

He would have been the X- factor for Mikel Arteta's men.

I love his Mad Mentality something Arsenal players will benefit much more from.

I hope insurance fc were smart enough to insert a sell-on clause in the contract that took him to Tanzania.

It'll be tragic if they miss a slice of that 850k.

The first question is does insurance own the right to the player?

The vast majority of Nigerian clubs don't make money on player transfer because they don't own the right to those players. They are also not bothered to anyways since they'll get money from the government in powered whether they generate revenue or not.

Those players you mentioned have their past achievements speaking for them. That's why Legacy is very important. Osimhen doesn't come close to Kante and Laporte in terms of trophies.

Kante has 2 Premier League trophies, 1 UEFA Champions League, 1 Europa League, 1 FIFA Club World Cup, 2 Carabao Cups, 1 UEFA Super Cup and 1 FA Cup. He also won the UEFA Nations League and FIFA WORLD CUP with France. Kante moved to Saudi when he was 32, so it's understandable. Osimhen is just 25.

Laporte has 6 Premier League titles, 2 FA Cups, 4 Carabao Cups, 1 UEFA Champions League, 1 UEFA Super Cup, 2 Community shields and 1 Spanish Super Cup. He also won the UEFA Nations League with Spain, and eventually, the Euros this year. Laporte moved to Saudi at the age of 29, which is also understandable.

Osimhen has just 1 major team trophy, which is the Serie A. You can't compare it with what those two "legends" (Kante and Laporte) have achieved. He's not even won any major trophy for/with Nigeria.
