OANDO OANDO Don cast.

My BE in the three batch of purchases are as follows
1 8.96
2 11.21
3 12.41
That. Means I have very good margin of safety. So don't even quote me if it turns out otherwise

That said, I decided to put a call to someone I respect alot in this business and who by all standards a big man in this country and a full stake holder in nse.The privileged of having his direct contact is one of benefit of being Dan arawa by association. It is a life line I hardly use for small things but I decided to use it today
The information from his end is I should go and sleep based on oando. He said oando is going far strictly based on political will.He said short time target will be #100 and told me what to expect by February/March which I will not mention here.

I personally have decided to pull out all the money I gambled in oando by the time it hit #100 soon and reinvest in Fundamental sound stocks since I am an FA believer.Pls this is not a buy, hold or sell advise. I just did not want to keep all my brief discussion on oando to myself. The money to buy oando is yet to be scratched based on what he told me..

If you dont mind picking some CWG.......
One director or so is busy offloading at the moment.......offloading which is highly likely connected to plans to meet the free float requirements of NGX......though they got the extension to meet up with the requirements by2026.

- Last quarter result came out great....
- Dividend payout and PAT increasing Y-O-Y.....
- In ICT sector .......
- OS 2.5bn .......out of which 82.70% of it are in the hands of substantial shareholders
- Remaining shares, less than 20% in the public (around 520M).

** Do your DD
I no Sabi book nor Sabi interprete result o. smiley

** Also MTNN if you can get around the IPO price or below........that's if it gets there before reversing when ready to move.

Thank you very much. I appreciate the recommendation, I'll look at it accordingly.

grin people that talk bad about us will turn around to sing praises.

Anyways welcome back, so you can now see that truly wisdom and foresight do not reside with the elders only. grin

So gambled in Oando as you call it and yet came out to bad mouth in bad faith it so that it
will fall and you were casting and binding Oando while also inside Oando? Hypocrisy.

Anyways, your move at damage control is acknowledged sir grin

Atiku is too funny lol. Politics in Nigeria is interesting sha.
1. Transition of NNPC to NNPC Limited:
• Section 53 (1): This section mandates the incorporation of a new entity, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Limited), which will take over the assets, interests, and liabilities of the NNPC.
2. Ownership and Shares:
• Section 53 (3): This section states that the ownership of all shares in NNPC Limited shall be vested in the Federal Government of Nigeria, to be held by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated and the Ministry of Petroleum Incorporated on behalf of the government.
• Section 53 (5): This section allows the government to transfer, sell, or dispose of shares held by the government in NNPC Limited, which opens the door to a potential public listing. But does not mandate it.
3. Listing on the Stock Exchange:
• Section 54 (1): This section suggests that NNPC Limited may seek to increase its capital by a public offer of shares or by a private placement, implying the potential for listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
• Section 54 (2): This section reinforces the possibility of listing by stating that such offerings will be in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and the Investment and Securities Act.
4. Commercialization and Market Principles:
• Section 64 (a): This section requires that NNPC Limited operate on a commercial basis, ensuring profitability and accountability, which are prerequisites for any company considering listing on a stock exchange.

In summary, the PIA does not specify a timeline for NNPC Limited’s listing on the NSE, it does indicate that the government may choose to divest its shares to the public through an initial public offering (IPO).

I did paid version of investing.com, proshare and also compare other financial sites and realized most figures are either not correct or the sites not updated to date.
From all the observations, I realized that it is better you just learn the calculations and manually input them yourself else na express be that.
I know it is not easy doing the calculations manually, it takes time, rigorous and stressful but it is still the best option to take

Can you take a bet of 5 million naira to prove it.And I can prove I don't post to manipulate any stock or because I want to buy low.Pls I am not hungry and don't do joji.

And if you have sense you will go back and realised I was part of those calling seriously for oando buy below #10 for 20 target even if wale decides to delist before the ruling of the last court case. And I have maintained oando had no fundamental. I was attacked severally because I was always shouting wale come and pay me #20.And after court ruling I told everyone I was going in for #15 for another gamble.

Elder street, I am hungry oooo and that is why I transformed into a sheep and followed Oando. But thank God, you have now by yourself become a "sheep" and rejoin the earlier sheeps grin.

So now you reentered OANDO BASED ON THE HAND OUT YOU GOT AS A SHEEP FROM THAT YOUR OGA AT THE TOP against your own analysis as an investment wizardgrin. nyash na nyash according veteran Agba grin

As for showing Oando portfolio size, it is bad logic grin, at this point if you serious with such a challenge, it should be showing your trading/trade history cuz that is what will show how you sold and then bought back grin grin.

Can you put that your 19 million at stack and I will funish all my buying from Morgan here. All you need to win is just single sell order on oando this yr.Can you take the bet.i will ask one person I trust here Mr Emma to be the holder.

And if you feel the amount is too much make your offer. I will not use that phrase here because I promised someone here I will refrain. The BE ( break even) price I put out in my post should guide you to know I was not doing follow follow. And I believe is few here that has it lower than me

One thing I think I now believe will continue to work for Oando is corruption and current govt.
Oando to $1

How do you mean corruption is working for Oando? Any proof?
I am not asking for rumours, conspiracy theories, lies, fabrications or permutations, all without strict evidence. But facts, based on verifiable evidence!

It will credit automatically PROVIDED you use the same bank account you filled with them to do the transfer.
You don't need to send any mail.......except you didn't see it reflect in your portfolio after few minutes.....say 20mins.
