It is well. The people of Benin Republic, Cameroon, Togo, Ghana, Niger Republic, Burkina Faso and several others have been buying fuel at the rate that Nigerians are just getting used to. They are not dead, they are not in hell. We are going to be fine. We should be tired of 64 years with no clear direction, we had several decades of subsidized fuel with nothing to show. Something has to give.

The miscreants are coping just fine on the drug of tribalism just as it was foretold. Hopefully by 2027, newer breeds of the same stock will also be born, as it has also been foretold. The cycle continues because people with ideological differences were lumped together. Some are very 'ethnocentric' while others are liberal.

Remember, Nigeria is the sixth largest oil producing nation in the entire world

I'm talking about the "heaven about to fall" shout. The people in those countries are not dead, they are doing fine. It is not death sentence.

True! The queue is the bigger issue. Availability is very important.

Fuel should be subsidized in Nigeria, my personal opinion. But absence of subsidized fuel is not death sentence.

We have not had power for the past 2 weeks. I rushed out just few minutes ago to buy petrol to power our generator for pumping of water. I got it at 980 naira per litre. There are other locations that are selling at 1,000 naira per liter.

How do people in rural areas even survive? Last week, I traveled to a rural community, I don't recall seeing any petrol station. People in rural areas must be paying above what I am paying because they patronize mostly black marketers.
How will prices of food reduce when the farmers in these rural areas are spending much on transport to bring out their goods?

Tinubu's policies have put more people into poverty. His policies have reduced the purchasing power of most people. His policies have eaten most of people's savings.

It's already bleak now, what about next year when all these factors multiply?
With Subsidy: We have scarcity

Without Subsidy: We have scarcity

Increase the price: We have scarcity

Repair refinery: Scarcity everywhere

OK, let's wait for Dangote refinery: We still have scarcity

The Country is doom

Yes, in most rural areas subsidy is alien to them as they have always paid premium price for fuel.

You are very wise and intelligent, one of the reason why sometimes I don't blame them, because they have used majority of their profit to transport the goods down to the city to sell, hence the exorbitant rate they put on the goods, so as to recoup their money back...

Tinubu has really messed up this country, one of the major growth of a country is dependent on the country's fuel ⛽️, because it determines alot of things.

Imagine you have not put a better policy in place to cushion the effect of removal of fuel subsidy, but after inauguration, "his first statement was fuel subsidy is gone" who does that?

After that statement, everything about the country change, you see fuel station locked up and alot of company folding up, because of the impart of fuel on their business.

Funny enough many folks believe it's Nigerian immigrants that actually taught most people in these neigbouring countries economic doggedness. Nigerians are very familiar with informal economic sector and they create economic activities even where there was previously none. That's why most Nigerian villages are more peaceful and relaxed than the cities during economic crisis.

Many dogged Nigerians got lazy! Our large population concentration naturally made us survivalists but we relaxed along the line especially with easy Abuja money trickling down heavily to states when the military handed over power to civilians. Then internet money came, which led to crypto money or hope that we have today.

I agree that the rural areas are mostly peaceful and less likely to go into big crimes, Their needs are limited and most can be met within their vicinity.

However, you go need to explain all the other thesis you wrote here.
